Nicely upgraded in 2022, this 2 bedroom vacation rental is a perfect location for those seeking to have easy access to the amenities at the Waikoloa Fairway Villas as well as the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
The living room has been nicely furnished with a large couch facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television. Just off the living room is the lanai with a table and four chairs. Enjoy a nice view of the golf course and listen to the palms sway.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area that seats 6. There is Hawaiian art throughout these areas. The kitchen is spacious and and is fully stock. There are granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen appliances were also upgraded in 2022.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has bedside tables facing a chest of drawers and a wall mounted big screen LCD television. The master bath has dual vanities, a shower, and a tub. There is also a large walk in closet.
On the other side of the condo is the guest bedroom that has two twin beds with a night stand. There is a wall mounted LCD television. Just off the bedroom is the guest bath with a vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Other amenities of Fairway Villas C21 is a stack washer/dryer combo, wifi, and air conditioning.

Our stay was perfect. The property managers promptly answered all of our emails. The check-in process was painless. The unit was clean and tidy, and very well equipped (with everything from a cooler to plenty of toilet paper). We stayed in Fairway Villas units under different management in 2015 and 2021 and had a great time, but this time everything was even better. Thanks!

Great location with great amenities. Condo has everything you need. Communication with agent was good, check in a breeze.
