Property Description

Watch the life of Maui unfold from the morning till evening from your private extra-large lanai. A319 Two-bedroom two bath sleeps up to seven people. Twin size Murphy bed and queen pull our sofa in the living room.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. King bed in main bedroom with attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king if you wish. 2nd bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. Beach chairs, pool/beach towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Starter set of shampoo, conditioner and body wash provide in both bathrooms just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

We really enjoyed our stay hereThe house was a great size and the view was gorgeous.Overall a lot of towels and beach accessories which was nice, the grounds are super clean. The condo itself was fairly clean but I think someone may have brought a cat before our stay because I kept having allergic reactions and upon looking at the carpet / corners of the floor found animalHairs.

We were very pleased with our stay at Maui Sunset. The location was great and our ocean front condo had amazing views. The condo was clean with all amenities we needed including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool everyday and it was clean with plenty of tables/chairs. We were never able to get into the ocean as it was too rough everyday but we were there during the passing of Hurricane Dora as well as the devastating fires that destroyed Lahaina. Other great beaches are easily assessible within just a few minutes drive. The staff were accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by 1 night.
