Beautiful cared for grounds we enjoyed our stay very mutch.
Our condo was very well appointed, ample kitchenware, even sharp knives! The bedding was luxurious, and we had many more towels than we needed. The location is great, right by the pool, but this unit is tucked back a little, so there was not much air flow in the patio area (however, it gave lots of privacy)! Because we stayed five weeks, we did wish they had provided cleaning supplies, such as glass cleaner and bathroom / toilet cleaners, but of course we could have purchased our own.
Great well equipped condo with everything you need to enjoy maui!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this unit--we love it. It is clean and quiet and has a view of the gardens and water. We always have clear communications from the property management resulting in a hassle-free stay--we will be back.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and beaches. The park across the street is the perfect spot to enjoy Maui's breathtaking sunsets. The condo was exactly what we were looking for, spacious for a 1 bedroom, nice big shower, a well-stocked kitchen, and a patio with a good view. The complex is well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The amazing location fronting the beach, the comfortable amenities, the cleanliness, the helpful tips for local exploration, and the prompt response of the host, made it a much more memorable experience than we had expected.
We had a great stay in unit 109. It was on the ground floor with a big open grass area that was great for our 2yr old son to run around on. It was also really close to the pool, which was great as well.
Couple things to note about the place though: the AC is only in the bedroom and the kitchen/living/bath room were quite warm and muggy. The knives in the kitchen for food pre were borderline unusable - they were extremely dull, and could barely manage to cut limes for our margaritas!
When we arrived - the apartment has a musty smell, and most of the dishes in the cabinets needed to be washed again. Also under the last plate in the cabinet was a nice moldy piece of food. Obviously been there a while! (Only found because we had to hand washed each plate when we arrived).
Again- nothing major wrong that impacted the great time we had, location of the unit, or any of the check in/out procedure, but just not worthy of 5 stars.

This vacation was truly wonderful. I will recommend it highly to my friends. The condo is beautiful, cozy and convenient. The weather was perfect. This is a great place for relaxing.

We truly enjoyed our stay!
Clean and comfortable. Good location. Kitchen utensils could use updating...knives were not sharp, colander was old etc. Louver windows were difficult to adjust.
European cottage feel in rental with outdoor access steps from beach. By the harbor, the Maui Ocean Center with the best gift shop on the island,, down the road a few good restaurants, and retailers. Depot for the bus to Lahaina and the bus to S. Kihei opposite the harbor. Altogether we enjoyed our activity filled stay.
