We had an absolutely incredible week with our family. The house is beautiful, in a lovely location, and was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them! An added bonus was all of the beach and pool toys and equipment that were available for us to use. One of the nicest aspects of the house for our children and grandchildren was the ability for each family to have private areas for socialization and nap times! The on island managers, Kris and Kate, we’re so kind and accommodating. They were incredibly prompt and thorough in answering all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better vacation. And cannot wait to return to the big island. Best trip to Hawaii we have ever had!
A wonderful home for our large family gathering. Great location with so many entertainment options that everyone enjoyed endless hours in the pool, hot tub, game room, and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen and huge BBQ area made cooking fun and convenient.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Kai's beachfront vacation home in Waikoloa on the Big Island of Hawaii! The location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the ocean right from the doorstep. The home itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing privacy and all the comforts of a luxury retreat for our large group.
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the ocean breeze. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the island.
One of the highlights was undoubtedly the beach access. We spent mornings strolling along the shore and soaking in the Hawaiian sunshine. Evenings were spent on the expansive lanai, watching the sun dip below the horizon in a blaze of colors.
Kai and the property management team were also incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable.
Overall, our experience exceeded expectations, and we cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise on our next trip to Hawaii. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful retreat!
We stayed a week at the Kanini Estate and had a fabulous time. The home was in a superb location and accommodated our family perfectly. The property managers were friendly and helpful. Everything about the home better than advertised. We would go back in a minute and hope to do so soon. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories for our family.
This was a fantastic home and even better than the pictures! The home is spacious for large groups and plenty of entertaining space, inside & outside.
The bedrooms/bathrooms and living space are comfortable and well positioned throughout the home to provide privacy and space for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The home provided everything! Pool toys, lawn chairs, towels, upscale appliances, plenty of table settings and bar wear! This house has it all.
It’s conveniently located walking distance to Queen and King shops and a pleasant walk to the beach.

Best vacation and family celebration ever. This property has anything and everything you could ever ask for. We had 14 people - everyone had their own room and plenty of space to be together. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit after dinner and the pool & hot tub were exceptional. Highly and enthusiastically recommended this fabulous property.
This was a great home for our family, children, and grandchildren. The property was beautiful and well-appointed, with attentive hosts and staff. Located close to the beach and shopping, allowing everyone to do their own thing, then gather during the evenings for meals and conversation. We had the best time here!! First class in all ways.
The property is so well laid out and has all the amenities you can think about. The experience from booking the place to communicating with the property managers and the staff has been a real smooth experience and you need exactly that when you are planning a corporate retreat. Our team and their families had a memorable time and we were sad to leave the property when it was time :)
Walking the path to the beach along the anchialine ponds was a morning routine for us and we even had the amazing pleasure of watching pods of humpback whales swimming not too far from the shore and breaching and waving their flippers :-)
Needless to say the pool and spa were the hangout spot and the outdoor dining area was a fabulous place to gather for great meals.
We would book this place again in a heartbeat!
