Holualoa Bay Villas is a boutique development of only 14 condos that share a large newly remodeled pool and hot tub, a covered barbecue area, two tennis courts and an exercise room.
Beautiful click track vinyl and tile flooring carry throughout the unit. Gorgeous granite countertops, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances highlight the kitchen. The living room provides abundant space for dining and gathering.

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights. The communication by the property management company was very good. The unit was very clean and well-furnished/equipped. The complex is quiet, and the pool was very nice. We would recommend updating the bedding and providing better or a variety of pillows.

We stayed at the condo which is near Magic Sands Beach and managed by Knutson & Associates. We had a fantastic experience. They were quick to respond and flexible, accommodating an early check-in and a late checkout which was a huge help to our travel plans. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach gear like boogie boards and snorkel sets. Overall, a great vacation rental experience. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Very nice accommodations. Enjoyed the wonderful ocean view, the convenience of having a trolley into town right on the street in front of us, and listening to the Christmas carols sung in the church across the street. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, used the beach chairs and snorkeling gear also. The pool was empty when we wanted to use it (no people in it), an overall wonderful trip.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Holualoa Bay Villas #105 and will for sure be back! The property grounds were immaculately maintained, the home was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We used the on-site pool, BBQ and game room most nights and loved the central location. The covered parking was an extra bonus keeping us dry in the evening rain storms and our car cool from the hot sun. Highly recommend!!

This is a lovely property. Amazing view along Alii Drive. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Most importantly, it was very clean! Many amenities and starter supplies. We took advantage of the pool, bbq, and patio dining area. Very nice! Loved that it is across the street from Living Stones Church. Beautiful setting to worship and receive good teaching.
