This top floor condo is on the second floor, accessible with stairs, providing an ocean view, with more privacy than a bottom floor unit, and extra natural light other units don't have.

The location of the property was very good for touring all the different areas of the island. Very central. The property was well equipped and very clean. The host was excellent with communicating and I am happy to recommend this listing.l

Even though the unit sat close to a busy road, the sound proofing was very noticeable. You did not hear the traffic noise when the windows and doors were closed for the night. The apt complex was also clean and well maintained. The view to the bay was beautiful.
