The entire condo is available for use as well as the community pool and spa. It is a short walk to the pool area. If you prefer to drive or have difficulty walking, there is also guest parking available directly in front of the pool gate.
Other things to note
-Condo is on the 1st floor but there are stairs to get to the unit. Elevators are not available.
-AIR CONDITIONING: A window AC is available in the bedroom and living room as well as a standing fan.
-PARKING: There is 1 assigned parking for a vehicle.
-There are 2 smart TVs in the property but no cable. Please bring your own streaming services.
