My favorite location is Poipu. Management very quick to respond with questions. The home needs improvements to not be so basic. No dishwasher and the kitchen was very poorly stocked with pans etc... love the beach an turtles.
Everything here is excellent, except lacking of one table for lunch or dinner.
This is a nice property and the beach gear is great (though note that the gear is shared with multiple properties). Was well equipped but would be nice to have a few extra bath and beach towels (only provided the exact number of towels as guests). View from the lanai was great and there was generally a good breeze in the morning and evening (full sun in the afternoon). Easy, downhill walk to the beach, but note that the walkable beaches get very crowded. There are a couple of places to eat that are within walking distance, but most places are a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay.
Our parents enjoyed their stay here during a family wedding. Comfortable, spacious and nice ocean view.
My family and I had a wonderful time. We loved the veiw from the back porch. It was an amazing place to be. There were so many birds that came right up to us. I say this place is a 6 out of 5 stars. And everything was Perfect!!!🙂😄
This was a nice house with good amenities. The best were great beach gear and laundry facilities.
we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was approximately 1 1/2 blocks away. It's a nice walk. One night we went to beach at sunset and saw about 20 turtles come from the ocean to spend the night at the beach.
We loved our stay in Poipu! The unit was perfectly located. We walked down to the beach each day, usually with some beach chairs to sit and watch the sunset. We loved the availability of the chairs, boogie boards, other beach necessities. We did a few day activies- both on the north end and west side - and were thankful to be situated right in the middle of both. We loved coming back to the unit after an adventurous long day. The unit had everything you could need and want while on vacation in beautiful Kauai. Thank you so much!!!
Would repeat it again, great location close to beach and shops.
Close to Poipu beaches, 30 minutes from Lihue airport, great view of the ocean, comfortable beds, nice amenities, a lovely home away from home from which to enjoy Kauai.

My wife and I stayed here for 10 days! We came to Kauai to get married and to honeymoon. This place was perfect for the 2 of us! Had everything that we needed and a little more! We only had 1 issue, the air conditioner started to leak. We contacted the property manager and it was fixed first thing the next morning! Great communication! We truly had a wonderful stay! Just a couple minutes walk from the beach.

Your communication is wonderful prior to arriving. Directions easy to follow. Property actually better/nicer than we expected. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Location very good as well. Excellent stay.
The only thing i would suggest is a small round table and 4 chairs. I think there is room.

Located within easy walking distance of a beach plus an ocean view from the balcony. While we didn't use much of the kitchen, it looked well stocked with dishes and appliances. Location worked well to travel to all other areas of the island. Property manager communication was excellent.
This is THE place to be in Kauai. Poipu has so much to offer. It’s safe, convenient, beautiful. This property checked off every mark. It was clean, welcoming, easy to get to, beautiful location with an ocean view. I can’t wait to revisit.

We ended up loving our 2-week stay here… we’ll miss our home-away-from-home! The view was outstanding. We watched the sunset almost every night from the porch. The house is simple but clean and just what we needed. A couple downsides to be aware of: unit G (ours) had the communal laundry room beneath the bedrooms. Several nights neighbors were doing laundry at 11pm and it’s super loud… like you can hear every move and word. If someone forgets to latch the door, which they always do, it clanks around in the wind and you’ll have to get up and go downstairs to latch it, so does the chain and sign the neighbor hangs in his driveway right outside your bedroom windows. There’s no dishwasher in this unit. Hand washing isn’t terrible but with a family I didn’t expect that. Also on day 2 of our 14 day stay the ACs all stopped working. Although we asked management 3 times to fix them and they said they’d have maintenance take a look no one ever came so we didn’t have an AC the whole trip. I enjoyed the windows open at night but that also meant we heard everything outside. It often rained at night which blew into the house. And the afternoons were hot with those east facing windows. There’s not a table and chairs or a lot of seating. A tiny couch (although cozy) and tiny chair. We laid blankets on the floor to watch a movie together. It still wasn’t bad. Everyone was super friendly, especially the neighbor Terry who had good recommendations and at that price we’d come back.
