Convenient location, beautiful view, clean and spacious unit. It was a great fit for our family of 4! We very much appreciated the beach towels, chairs, sand toys, etc. We also appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and places to see in the area.

Hilo was second half of our trip and greeted us with lots of rain and teased us with some sunshine in between. Two of us was working remotely part of the time so it wasn’t too bad. Although the building is old, the unit itself has been remodeled, furnished, and decorated with modern details. We had everything we needed and location was very convenient, close to coffee shops, grocery, farmers market, beach park, etc. we enjoy the beautiful open lagoon view even when it was raining. Unlike a lot of two bedrooms we looked at this property has Lanais in each room (each bedrooms and kitchen/living rm). All of us enjoyed quiet times in our own rooms as well as spending time together in the open kitchen/living. This is such a perfect set up for two couples. On our last day, Hilo sent us away with clear blue skies and perfect 74 weather. What a teaser! Ok, we’ll be back and will stay in this unit again! Hilo isn’t the most picturesque town in Hawai’i but having this nicely renovated unit on a large park helps to make it as comfortable as possible. Close to all the good restaurants, would stay here again. Thanks!
