Kona Sea Ridge is a quiet gated community nestled in between Alii Drive and Kuakini Highway. Located right in town and close to Historic Kailua Village, the complex is protected from the hustle and bustle and noise of daily traffic. Kona Sea Ridge unit L-4 is located all the way at the top corner of the complex, next to unimproved land with lush vegetation to the north. The unit is positioned for some of the best ocean views in the complex. This townhouse is a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. One guest bedroom and bath are downstairs, while the master suite and 2nd guest and bath are upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Tracy was very responsive to requests we had. The complex was very nice and the neighbours were very friendly. Would totally stay here again.

Tracy was very accommodating and was able to get us into this unit when our plans changed last minute. The unit was great and had everything you could possibly need! Will definitely book through Tracy and (if possible) at this unit again when in Kona next.
