This was our third stay at this same condo. It’s always fantastic. Plenty of room. Amazing views. Quiet and close to everything without feeling like you’re in the middle of it all. Always my favorite
We’ve been coming to this resort annually for years and always rented one of the condos on the waterfront. This property was the best of all of them.The place is beautifully decorated in the island style and immaculately clean. It has a complete kitchen and we cooked in for many of our meals. The lanai facing the sea is the best feature and we spent most of our time there just taking it all in.The owner called personally to see if we were happy with everything and invited us to call on their cell phone if we had any problems.We highly recommend this place and will look forward to returning next year.

My family and I stayed a week at this condo on the Big Island and loved it! The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen had a great collection of utensils and cookware, so we had everything we needed to make meals. The lanai was a huge selling point for us and we took advantage of the view every opportunity we could. Close proximity to a grocery store was also a huge plus. We would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat!
Just hubby and I and our first time to the Big Island. Our place was so clean and the views were amazing! Literally everything in the pics and more. Great location to Kona. Community was great and clean. Multiple pools, one overlooks ocean.
This is a wonderful 2 bedroom condo and was perfect for our stay. The check-in process was easy and communication was great. The home was very clean and well furnished. The overall property is very nice with 3 pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. This unit has incredible ocean front views and we enjoyed watching whale activity every day from the lanai. The sunsets were amazing! The property is close to a nice grocery store and there are several nearby restaurants. We will definitely look at renting this unit again.
We decided to go to the Big Island to visit a cousin. This place was perfect for our stay. We loved our time on the lanai reading and relaxing with the sound of the ocean soothing our day. We enjoyed playing Pickleball almost every day, and used all three pools at some time during the week.It was a good base of operations to take snorkel and whale watching tours. The condo was clean and comfortable, and well stocked. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Communication with the owner and management was excellent.You won't regret booking this for your right-on-the-ocean Hawaii vacation.
Excellent location, condo perfect
We’ve been coming to Hawaii for 16 years, every January, and this VRBO was our absolute favorite! The location, the cleanliness, very comfortable beds and fancy bathrooms,the kitchen and utensils, the beach chairs and umbrellas, the games, believe it or not, and the layout. Everyone at the complex was extremely professional and warm and the location, you can’t beat! It’s quiet it’s private and only a short drive to downtown Kona. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the big island.
Spacious condo, furnished nicely and stocked with toiletries and other supplies. Enjoyed the AC's (one in master bed and one in living area) since the outdoor temps. got to upper 80's. Gated complex was nice with several pools. Missed not having a work out room in the complex.
We spent a few days in early Aug. This condo had everything we wanted in a vacation home.
First, the fabulous ocean view. Enjoyed our morning and evenings seeing people canoe and boats coming in.
A home filled with good quality beach chairs/ towels, snorkels and water shoes. This made our beach visits even better.
The grocery store was minutes away and I could use the kitchen which was well stocked. Just 15min away from Kona, we did the manta ray tour and the Mina kea sunset tours.
Very memorable stay
The condo was amazing. Well stocked with basic necessities. We even found a crock pot and some beach stuff, which was a nice bonus. The individual room AC units cooled things down quickly when needed. I think the only thing that was a negative was humidity had gotten to the few spice containers that were there; they were just clumped unusable balls. The layout was comfy and homey. The binder was a nice touch with lots of good tips. I think my absolute favorite was opening up the lanai into the dinning room, walking out onto it, and just watching/listening to the waves hit against the lava rock. It was so peaceful just sitting there, sipping on coffee, and taking it all in. Perfect view of the nightly sunset. My family and I couldn't have been happier. If/when we get back to Kona, I would love to stay there again!
This was our second time staying at this condo and it was amazing, again! I don’t think we will ever stay anywhere else when we visit Kona. Thanks again for another memorable trip. This place has everything!
This view cannot be beat! We were able to watch the sunset, unobstructed every day. Everything we needed was there. The grounds were very well kept, quiet and private. Everything that you see in pictures truly comes to life, you must stay here :)

The condo has an amazing ocean view from the lanai and the sunsets are top notch.
The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very welcome by staff and other guests. The condo is the bottom of a four condo unit. If there are guests staying in the unit above, you know notice they are there, but we never actually saw them.
The Ocean View pool was our favorite to frequent with great views of the sunset. The pools were less than a five minute walk from the condo.
The condo does not have a grill located in it, but there are grills located throughout the complex. And while I wish they were a little more reliable to grill on, we were able to cook at the house when those didn’t work. (We did notify condo staff that they didn’t work when we wanted to use them and they did say they would look at them.)
The condo had all the things our family of four needed for a 10 day stay in Hawai’i, including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, bags and a soft sided cooler. There were also pool noodles and inflatables, but we didn’t not use them.
The bedrooms had comfortable beds and were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking and containers to take picnic lunches to the beach. The washer and dryer were nice and worked very well. Each room had a smart TV and worked well when we wanted to relax after a day in the sun.
Overall the place was wonderful and I would highly recommend. We would stay again.
I wanted to say the view from the condo and the closeness to the ocean was just fabulous!! The kitchen as well was stocked with just about any object a cook might desire. Great appliances too including washing and dryer. Very comfortable beds in both bedrooms…
However, many of the inside walls were marked, dirty, or needed to be touched up and/or repainted in all almost all rooms (with peeling paint in several areas).
The living room furniture was stained and appeared dirty- if u picked up a couch cushion u would have wished u didn’t with more stains on the underside as well as crumbs of chips, crackers etc…under the cushions.
The garbage cabinet area by the kitchen sink was absolutely filthy as well as the garbage can.
And lastly, many artifacts, shelves, and lamp shades (inside and out) were covered in dust.
Hopefully the cleaning crew gets changed and a bit if renovating done…
The ocean view is amazing at this condo. The kit hen was well equipped too. Nearby to shopping center, restaurants, and local boating excursions. Highly recommend Manta Ray night swim with Seaquest.

Property was clean and updated. Great full length door to the lanai. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Air conditioning was good and fans were great. Grounds were clean and well kept. Definitely would recommend and will stay again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for the last leg of our trip. It was the perfect place to slow down from our adventures, and relax. We have dear friends in Captain Cook, and this location was an easy 15 minutes to them.
This is everything you’d expect from a 5-star rating. Clean, spacious, good beds, good linens, well-appointed, artfully decorated, stocked full-sized kitchen, and more. The lanai is divine. Note: you have a parking space, a gated community, and a washer/dryer here.
There are only two conditions to note, in case you/your party have sensitivities.
1) There is a unit above this rental, and depending on if, and how many, people are up there, it can be loud. We were unlucky and had over 10 people from at least two families (all ages) that were active/loud all hours of the days. It was regular footsteps, suitcases, cooking, movement, not yelling/partying. But the construction is thinner than a hotel (for example), and it woke us up early in the morning and kept us up late at night. We didn’t think talking to them would change much. I also think it wouldn’t be as bad with a single family/smaller party.
2) In the primary bedroom, the Mitsubishi-style AC unit blows air right across your heads on the bed. Just be aware in case you’re sensitive to that. You can either sleep with your heads at the other end or cover them with blankets.
All of the pros of this stay far outweighed those two cons, and we look forward to staying here again when we return. Mahalo

We have stayed in many vacation rentals. This is the only one that was even better than the pictures and we loved our stay there. Our only concern was having to strip beds, etc. before leaving. This seems excessive considering the price which includes a cleaning fee.
