Great location, nice unit.
Walking distance to good beaches in both directions.
Comfortable beds and linens.
Decent functional kitchen.
Everything was very clean.
I was surprised the third bedroom is a loft and doesn't have a door or real walls. This is visible in the listing photos but it didn't occur to me to check carefully for bedroom doors. Wasn't a problem for our group, might be for some.

Good size and layout for our group of six (4 adults and two kids) although be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft w/no closed door. This was fine for us as we were all waking up and going to bed around the same time but might be hard for others. Nice to have three bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a brand new comfy couch. This is our second stay in this unit and we’d love to return next year.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Regency 721. The resort area was very peaceful and our condo was very clean and well-maintained. It came with a lot of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach necessities. The rental property manager and owner were very responsive and communicative. My teenage sons loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club too. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning to check out the turtles resting, watch dolphins and whales and then return to the beach in the afternoon to enjoy sun and best boogie boarding. The restaurants were also very close and we enjoyed Puka Dogs, Brennecke's Beach restaurant and Cabana Bar. I would recommend others rent this property and experience!

I can not say enough about this house! The location is amazing! Short easy walk to Poipu Beach and the Little Fish Coffee house. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and small appliances. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee or supper. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The table was plenty big for us to gather around and play games. Vicki was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend this beautiful property!

Two "picky" complaints: stoptop burners developed "burn" marks very easily, though cleaned away with cleaner with a little effort, and master bdrm shower floor tiles were a little slippery. Maybe some non-slip floor tape and a grab bar would be nice.

We had a great experience in our condo. We had 2 children under 10 with us. All 4 of us were comfortable in this condo. It was well stocked. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was very responsive to my questions.
