Our condo (Hokulani 314) has just been newly upgraded and remodeled with new furnishings and wall art.
We are please to advise you that our Lanai painting has already been completed.
Our beautiful one bedroom unit has a king bed and living room with a Queen sofa bed. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is located in the beautiful Kaanapali area of Maui.
The condo has a large 700 square foot interior with a 150 square foot lanai, and is a South facing location with ocean and mountain views. Our bathroom has granite counters, double sinks and a separate tub and shower, stocked with shampoo, cream rinse and soaps. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and everything you will need for your visit.
The condo is in a serene and tranquil location and is in immaculate condition with a refined, modern and attractive interior. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails while on the Lanai with partial ocean and mountain views which can be experienced from the large lanai while protected from prevailing trade winds. You’ll have seasonal whale watching and sunsets from the lanai. The partial ocean view is superior to what our 1st photo shows.
We provide our guests with the amenities they will need for your trip. Just bring your clothes and food.

What a great place! It is exactly as advertised, well maintained and decorated very nice. It’s close to the pool, beach and Dukes restaurant, but still quiet. Communication with the owners was over the top and very informative. We highly recommend this condo!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!
Where do I start, this has been the BEST condo we have rented in Maui. The communication with Bruno was exceptional. The condo gives you just the right amount of privacy and view of the ocean was perfect. Bruno has everything in his condo that you will need.
We will be returning next year and will be staying at Bruno’s place again. If I could give him 100 stars I would!!

Every thing was perfect. The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We walked down to the coffee shop everyday and sat on the beach to watch sea turtles and surfers. We also snorkeled right off the sand at the resort and saw everything. Every one of our booked excursions was within a mile like the sunset cruise, whale watching and the golf course. Dukes was great for lunch, dinner and drinks by the pool.

We were very pleased with this unit. Great location and quiet. Close to everything and the amenities are excellent. Communication was excellent throughout the process and trip. No issue what so ever.

Bruno was great! Connected early with insight and instructions, checked in on us, and was available for any questions we had. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, had everything we needed, including tools for grilling, which we did!
The property itself was beautiful, well maintained, easy to move around, even the parking was easy.
Would highly recommend Bruno, his unit, and this property.
