This condo’s building may have some intermittent roof work taking place. Work is M-F and will be canceled/postponed if wind or rain. We have discounted our rates substantially during this time for any potential noise or inconvenience.

~ Location, Location, Location: In less than 300 footsteps (from the front door), you can not only be at the beach but you can actually be in the ocean! ;)

The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 300 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)

~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is just steps away (also directly across the street from the condo). They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close and personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming and jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.

The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo). ;)

~ Tracy's Tropical Treasure #2: The Corner Penthouse:

~ Experience the ultimate in comfort, luxury, and style with a fully loaded, light and bright, romantic and fun, Maui Corner Penthouse containing a floor area of 665 SF, including an extra large lanai of approximately 210 SF.

~ This is the third largest unit in the whole complex! It is a second story, walk up Totally Private condo with awesome cathedral ceilings and its own private walkway entrance. Please note that because the building has only two stories, there is not an elevator.

~ This luxurious penthouse unit is located right on the corner, so you really only have neighbors on one side. It is in the back of the complex so there is no road noise. This is an extra special unit because there are only two units in the entire condo complex with 3 sets of windows, and this happens to be one of them! Our favorite feature, however, would have to be the extra large, 200+ SF, L-shaped, fully carpeted, wrap around lanai. Again, this is a unique feature that only six units have, all other lanais in the 118 condo complex only have 70 SF of space. Think of this extra special space as an extended living room/dining room/lounge area! There's even an extra fridge outside. It's totally awesome! There’s also a community laundry center right ...
