~ Location, Location, Location: In less than 300 footsteps (from the front door), you can not only be at the beach but you can actually be in the ocean! ;)

The only beach in Maui that used to be reserved for Hawaiian Royalty is directly across the street from the condo (less than 300 footsteps from your front door). It is a very popular beach for canoeing, kite surfing, viewing sea turtles and whales, or simply basking in the sun. Picnic tables, grilling areas, free parking, and outdoor showers are all available at the beach across the street. Do as much as you want or as little as you desire. ;)

~ The National Humpback Museum and Whale Education Center for Maui is just steps away (also directly across the street from the condo). They offer free educational classes and plenty of free, outdoor telescopes so you can get an up close and personal view of the Humpback Whales swimming and jumping in the ocean just in front of the museum.

The longest beach walk in all of Maui is in Kihei (within 2 blocks from the condo). ;)

~ Super easy and "lightning fast" check in, just enter your "secret code" and open the door. Even faster check out, just close the door behind you. Flight delays and/or late arrivals are never a problem when you stay at Tracy's Tropical Treasures!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations with lots of extras eg a variety of spices, coffee, and toiletries. loved the portable beach chairs and In the evening and early morning spent most of my time on the lanai listening to the birds sing. Great location to access a variety of spots! Would definitely book again. Tracy responded quickly to all your needs. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Tracy’s place was the cutest in the complex, and had a golden corner balcony where we spent lots of time reading and having our meals. We also loved being across the street from a turtle pond and Humpback Whale Marine Sanctuary. Well equipped and well located, we highly recommend this place!

First trip back in 3 years and I didn’t realize how much I missed Maui! Kihei is my favorite place to stay and this condo was great!! Very well stocked and a great location right across from the beach. I liked being on the backside of the complete because it was really quiet. I look forward to coming back!!
