Amazing ocean views in an oceanfront condo at Kaleialoha. Nicely furnished and updated with a/c in living room and bedroom unlike other units in this complex, fully appointed kitchen and bathroom. Washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. Very quiet and private resort close to restaurants, coffee shops, and food trucks. Located in Honokawai which is the city adjacent to Kaanapali, Kapalua and Napili where all the most beautiful beaches and snorkeling sites. Adjacent swimmable beach during low tides. Turtles around and whales during season. Parking free and no resort fees.
No sandbags in front our beach which are eyesore! Would only allow 2 adults and 2 child younger than 15....

We booked a last minute trip to Maui and didn't have the luxury of many lodging choices. We were excited when we found a condo at the Kaleialoha condo complex. This was our 4th time staying at this complex but our first time staying in this specific unit.
We did run into a bit of a hiccup when checking in. I contacted the manager ahead of time requesting early check in at 1pm. The manager confirmed this was ok and that he would schedule cleaning earlier. When we arrived around 2pm we had still not received check in instructions. We ended up having to call to get the check-in info. Upon arrival, the cleaning staff was still there so we dropped our stuff off and sat outside until they were done. Not a huge deal but a bit of a bummer after a long day of travel.
The unit was well stocked with kitchen and beach essentials but overall the unit lacked cleanliness that I hoped to see. There was food still in the refrigerator, the walls were dirty and the bathtub was pretty grimy as well.
All the other units we've stayed in have provided a welcome basket with some snacks, local coffee and a guide to the area but there wasn't anything like that here. Not essential, but it would have been nice to have.
I can't say enough good things about this condo complex, however. It has 4 floors, limited rooms, beach access and direct ocean views in most rooms. We will definitely be back to this condo complex but probably won't stay in this unit again.

Ray was a fine host for this ocean front condo. He was responsive to all matters immediately such as when I locked myself out. The view of whales and interaction with the Turtles outside your condo was amazing. The grassy area outdoors with lounge chairs is super easy to get to and great for photo taking and relaxing. The appliances worked well and Ray has it set up with fans in thoughtful locations. Overall a great stay.

The condo was just as listed on line. The balcony overlooks the ocean and has amazing sunsets. The condo was conveniently located to beaches and dining. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking and eating supplies. The air conditioning was very much needed and the bed was very comfortable. Whale watching from the balcony was awesome. Lahaina’s front street was a little farther than we thought though. All in all it was a great place to stay!

We literally could have sat on the balcony the entire trip! The view was spectacular - we watched whales breaching, turtles swimming up close to shore and gorgeous sunsets every night.
