The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.

*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose for them.
!!IMPORTANT!! From February 7th, 2022, the exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hotel itself is very nice, but I would recommend booking through the hotel if possible. We could not get ahold of the property manager. Called and emailed with no response until the very last day. We needed more towels and the day we left they finally got back to us but said we were unable to get more. It's worth it to pay a little more for housekeeping and extra towels!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nicely located place away from the major hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Very nice hotel with a Starbucks in the lobby. Right around the corner from the largest open air mall in the world! It's a short walk from the beach as well. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the unit, and housekeeping (we stayed 4 nights and didn't see anyone). I read from another review that if you put your trash outside the door, they pick it up, so we did do that. Other than that, no complaints.

This property was fabulous. It was clean, comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to cook and make simple meals for ourselves (even plates, silverware etc). We were not sure what the view would be like but we could easily see the ocean and watch gorgeous sunsets too. The pool at the hotel is just gorgeous, and it was fantastic to be able to use it. The location is perfect - very short walk to a lovely beach, and you could easily walk to Waikiki should you want to do so. There's a trolley stop nearby too, so you really have everything you need to make for a stress free trip. The hotel staff treated us very nicely too even though we were staying in a privately owned space. We loved this space and highly recommend it!

Very good location with view. Clean and quiet. The only problem was bathtub took a long time to drain.
