Kihei Kai Nani 368 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor that offers one window A/C unit and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that this condominium does not have an elevator. Enjoy the tranquil setting on your private lanai with a tropical garden view and a small view of the ocean. In the spacious living room, there is a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. Enjoy dining in the living area or on your private lanai that seats 4 to enjoy the surrounding tropical views. In the master bedroom, you will find a comfortable king-size bed, storage space, and natural light. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Very clean, great pool and a quiet place to enjoy the birds in the morning. The condo had a every thing we needed and outside lanai was wonderful for the early mornings and evenings.

Everything about our stay was perfect. I think the room we got was the last one available on the island. We were very lucky. We arrived after check-in time. This was during the horrors at Lahaina. There were long, long lines wherever we went shopping. When we arrived, there was no one in the office. No one to help us figure out how to get into the room. Two cleaning maids helped us. We were so grateful for their concern and attentiveness. Our experience from that point forward was exceptional. We were grateful for the room, especially knowing there were tens of thousands who were not so lucky.

It was the perfect spot for a getaway, right in the heart of Kihei with plenty really close by, we rented a car for 2 out of the 7 days and used uber if we wanted to go to bars etc. Wish we would have gotten a car for 1 more day but not a big deal. Love that they provide you with beach stuff to use, snorkels, chairs, umbrella! Would definitely stay here again. This one is a bit towards the back so we couldn’t hear the traffic on the main road, but after a long day at the beach it felt tucked in the back.

The condo was clean, functional, accommodated the three of us perfectly and was in a superb location. The extra "beach supplies" (chairs, umbrella, snorkel great) was an added bonus.

The unit was on the third floor. Nice balcony for breakfast . Walk to the beach 5 minutes. Nice big shower. Comfortable. Little worn in a few areas. Has air conditioning but very loud.
