    We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
    1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided.     Beautiful view, perfect location,everyone was so nice. The condo was very nice. Only thing, there was a leak in the master bedroom, the carpet was soaked and musty. We reported on the second day and unfortunately w was not taken care of till 4 days later. The maintenance crew did what they could till we departed. Really didn’t put us out, just not somethings we wanted to deal with. All in all I would rent this place again. Thank you for the delightful stay.

    The Condo is well maintained and very updated. Great living spaces throughout the condo. Kitchen well stocked. The view from both balconies is amazing. The condo is not in a resort and some of the amenities of the building are outdated. A quick walk to the beach or the hotel next door provide all you need for a fantastic visit.

    The condo was as nice as the pictures showed it to be. Perfect view of the ocean,walking distance to beach,shopping and eateries. The host responded in a timely manner the entire trip. Although the condo was very nice with awesome location, we were unaware it was located inside of a hotel therefore, if we needed anything they would not accommodate (iron was needed ) They (front desk day shift) would not even give us 2 disposable cups for something to drink out of. We were very lucky to have a night shift staff who felt sorry for us and allow us to use an iron and we made sure to return it asap as we were very grateful! The room was pricey at a little over one thousand per night in addition to the taxes and cleaning fees (no iron or any laundry detergent) and the area rug in the master bedroom was wet and stained (appeared to be as a result of possible attempt at someone trying to clean it and did not do a gd job at finishing. There were strands of hair in the bathroom as if it was a rush job considering we were exhausted and had traveled and been up for almost 24hrs, we were not allowed to check in early (it happens) but for that reason the cost alone, and absolutely no onsight parking, the condo should have been immaculate. In all fairness there is valet parking 24hrs a day and the crew is really nice but it was also pricey at $35/ day. The convenience of keyless checkin was also awesome. Overall, the condo was a gd choice for our first trip to HI and we had a magnificent time there! Hawaii does not owe us anything and we will be back to see all of the beauty Hawaii has to offer!

    Would have rated this a solid 5 but taking a star away for bad cleaners. The unit was clean EXCEPT for a lot of brown liquid spilled on the rug in the master bedroom. Rug was dark but I stepped on it while wearing white socks and it was SOAKED in something brown, like a whole can of soda spilled on it. Gross! How the cleaners missed it shows no attention to detail. Don’t charge a cleaning fee if your cleaners don’t clean the bedrooms.
