This loft style condo with its vaulted ceilings, large windows and new paint is clean, bright and cozy. It has two queen size beds in both the master and loft bedroom.. The loft bedroom has a full bathroom with a shower and the bathroom downstairs has been remodeled and has shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals or you can enjoy a Bar-b-que on ground level with a picnic area which is available for all units. The rest of the condo is also fully equipped with all the amenities of a home away from home. Enjoy the family friendly Charlie Young beach (also called Kamaole Sands 1 beach) mainly for its calmer surf, beautiful long white beach and the short walk from our condo.
We have beach chairs, and beach towels for your use. The condo has new carpeting in the bedrooms and tiled floors in the living room, kitchen and lanai.
The six championship tennis courts are also fun on the cool side of the evening.
The complex is beautifully kept, always clean and manicured to perfection. For extra safety and peace of mind their is a security guard on duty at all times. Come and share our vacation home and Maui, the memories that you create are lifelong....

Overall we did enjoy the condo as the location was nice. However, I think the housekeeping was severely lacking. There was a lot of dust in the condo and there was a lot of mold in the downstairs tub. The condo also seemed set up for only 2 people as there were only 2 washcloths, 2 beach towels, and 2 beach chairs in the condo.

We had a great time at Holly’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there

Overall the trip was great after a very rocky start. We were not given the condo number and inaccurate instructions. We did get to the hotel after midnight. Great condo place was quiet.

Great communication and location was perfect for a quick walk to multiple beaches or places to eat. The place was fully stocked with everything you would want for a beach vacation. The AC is not really effective so we kept the sliding patio door open with the screen which for May worked out. Hotter months May be a little trickier. The water in the downstairs shower was temperamental but you can figure it out. I would say overall it could use with some updating in those areas (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars) but otherwise a great value!

The condo was comfortable for the most part. The back bedroom is a little stuffy. AC I believe needs some attention. The kitchen is very accommodating. We had everything we needed. The only problem we had was one morning while we were getting ready for day there was a knock on the door. It was someone coming to spray for pests. When we didn’t answer right away they started to let themselves in so we sent them away. No one contacted us to let us know they were coming. Luckily we had bar down so they were unable to enter. All in All we enjoyed our stay!

I rented three properties in Maui Vista all in close proximity. My daughter, grandaughter and friend stayed in this property. Our family celebrated Christmas and a birthday together. The condo was great. The property worked great for the beaches nearby. We all enjoyed ourselves. The little brick church in McKenna is wonderful. It is almost 200 years old. Don’t miss it.

This was a great place to stay for our Hawaiian vacation on Maui. The property was clean and the host Left beach supplies and everything we needed. Walk to the beach was pretty short less than 1 mile. Two queen size beds are comfortable with an aero mattress blowup that was also very comfortable. Would love to go back with my family. :-)
