It's a convenient & tranquil home base for you and your family to explore all of Kauai. This newly renovated and very spacious condo at Mauna Kai Princeville has plenty of room for the whole family, and includes a shared pool and BBQ grill.

This spacious, modern Kauai vacation rental has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft for added lounging or office space. On the entry level (which is on the second floor, up a brief flight of stairs) is a large modern kitchen, dining area. and laundry facilities with washer and dryer. The living area is comfortably furnished, includes a smart television, and enjoys cooling breezes from sliding glass doors that open all along the shady wrap-around lanai. The lanai is a restful shady oasis with lush tropical mountain views and a multitude of seating options, whether you want to lie back and lounge or enjoy a meal at the large dining table. The master bedroom is on this floor, spacious and uncluttered with a king bed and large fully remodeled en suite bathroom. There's a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a second full bathroom, this one with both a shower and tub. Upstairs is a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a third completely remodeled full bathroom. You'll also find a loft area, perfect for working from home, with a desk and comfy office chair, or as a separate tv watching or gaming zone for the kids, with a cushy sofa and another television.
