Abundant free parking, quiet unit, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, good location. The condo complex is dated, but the unit itself is everything you could want for a home base in Hilo.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great visit to Hilo! With nearby local hikes and beaches, walking distance (under a mile) from various restaurants, and only ~40 minutes away from Volcano National Park, we were close to a number of activities. The unit itself is updated, cute, and has everything to make you comfortable along the way. We appreciated all the small touches Joe did to make us feel welcome!

Joe’s studio condo was contemporary and clean. He has updated pretty much everything in the place. It is very stylish. I loved the heart made of flowers on the bed awaiting us upon arrival. The lanai looks onto the parking lot. Joe communicated promptly whenever I had a question and I love the television in the condo! I’d stay again!

This apartment has been done up nicely with a lot of thought, although the building is a bit rundown. It is a great location for exploring Hilo and the sights of the east side of the Big Island.
