This beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bath pool home for 16 is located right across the street from Keauhau Bay! A semi private landing with sleeping offers a 6th sleeping area! There is a private pool and hot tub onsite! A huge theatre area with sleeper sofa doubles as the 6th bedroom! There is a spacious dining area outside and two more dining area;s inside! The home is located at the famous Keauhou resort area. Chosen for its spectacular views of the golf course and right at He'eia Bay, and its peaceful surroundings. The house has a very private feeling when one views the spacious golf course from the back yard. It is like living in a park bounded on by He’eia Bay, on the west by the Pacific Ocean, and it is next to the Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course. The house is right at He’eia Bay, and is near Keauhou bay. It is a 5 minute walk to Keauhou Bay and the Fairwinds tour ship, 10 minutes walk south to Sheraton Kona Resort, Rays on the Bay, Haleo Lu’au, 5 star restaurants and hotels/resorts. 10 minutes walk north to Keauhou shopping center with stores, restaurants, movies, and a farmer’s market. 15 minutes walk along the ocean to Kahaluu Beach Park (also called Black Sand Beach or Turtle Beach). Kahaluu Beach Park has the best snorkeling on the Big Island. You will see turtles, rays, and all kinds of tropical reef fish there.
