It was an absolutely beautiful property. The host was very communicative. We appreciated there being beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!
There was one or two things i was looking for and i sent the owner a message. They were so responsive! If you find you need anything just let the owner know and they will take care if you. Wonderful spot to stay! Lacked nothing! Turtles were so cute!

Excellent location near stores, ocean center and dock for expeditions. Property manager met us and was very accommodating. Ideal for 1-2 people. Efficiency apartment on lower lev. Very clean.

Place was clean and had everything you needed including beach towels and coffee which was a plus! Tons of Turtles out in front. Quiet and no problems with noise noted. Location right next to harbor so it’s convenient if you want to do a boat tour.
Great location and it is within walking distance to the harbor, ferry, and shopping plaza with restaurants.

Tucked away in a corn not maaliea harbor this unit was a delight. Beautiful sunrises and views from the beach area. Centered between west Maui and Kahului was a delight. Thanks Roger and Diane

It's a great studio condo centrally located to almost everything on the island. The hosts were great and had the unit very well stocked for day excursions and even chairs and small cooler for the beaches. Clean, modern and accommodating. Watching the boats go in and out of the harbor is always relaxing, and catching a whale or turtle is what Maui is about.
Happy with our stay in Maalaea! Diane was very helpful anytime we needed anything. Our bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was great! Although we only had a hot plate in our room for cooking, we made good use of the pristine Weber natural gas barbecues out front. We met a lot of other guests/owners while we cooked supper, just steps away from the ocean. Everyone was super friendly. The condo/ harbour area is windy but never seemed too bad out front where the loungers were. It’s a great central location that makes it easy to explore different areas of Maui without taking too long to get there!
Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, stores & the marina. The condo unit is quaint - it’s perfect. The only suggestion I would make is to put a few lawn chairs on the grass overlooking the ocean - neighbouring condo units do this - it’s a nice touch. Check-in with Diane was perfect! She welcomed us and was very knowledgeable of the area and extremely accommodating. Great start to our vacation!

We had a great time here. It is perfect for couples to come and get away. It’s right on the ocean with amazing views. The harbor is a 5 minute walk and has some excellent restaurants and ice cream shops. There is a whale watching company in the harbor that we went on and saw 10+ whales including babies! There is also snorkeling and fishing charters as well in the harbor. If you have never been snorkeling there is a spot right out front with almost no waves that is a great spot to learn as well. We had a blast and if we come back to Maui we are certain to stay here again.
No working laundry, very limited soap/shampoo, mattress is either well worn or very soft
As long as you have a rental car this apartment is great! The owner is super-nice, accommodating, and a good and responsive communicator. There's plenty of space, the queen size bed is comfortable, a big TV, full size fridge, hot plate, toaster etc. Great water pressure and shower head set-up! The place is located like 100' or so from the ocean (sleep with the window open to hear the awesome waves and get a cool Maui breeze) and a 5 minute walk to a few food options and the marina (where I boarded a boat to go SCUBA diving so VERY convenient) for snorkeling, fishing and I think I saw whale watching. There are a few shops, an aquarium (not cheap to visit but we didn't go in so I don't know the details of what they have). I put on my mask & snorkel and saw a lot of fish in the bay right off the beach just feet from the room! And (not small) turtles are feeding off the rocks just feet from where you can stand, behind the apartment. Highly recommend staying here!
