The trip and condo were great. The condo had everything required for our stay. It was clean and check in/out were easy. The close proximity to the shopping center and beach made it even more wonderful.

The positive feedback in the other reviews is absolutely accurate — we couldn’t agree more. The property was thoughtfully equipped, right down to a digital clock in the bedroom, a small but much-appreciated detail that's often overlooked.That said, there were a few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. Out the back door, behind a hedge, there's a children's play area. While it’s not visible from the unit, the sound does carry into the bedroom due to the jalousie windows. Fortunately, the living room, with its solid glass doors, remains pretty quiet. The kids typically wrapped up their play around 9 PM, so it wasn’t a major issue for us, but we did hear neighbors in the adjoining unit getting frustrated with early morning noise around 7 AM and yelling at them to go back inside. Which they did.Another thing to note: the Murphy bed area doesn’t have curtains on the windows, which means there’s no privacy from the outside.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would return.
This property exceeded our expectations. My partner is one who loves to find something he's disappointed in and he said there was nothing he'd change. The unit is more spacious than the pictures and so well stocked it felt like home. We'd love to come back and stay here again!

Nice tropical setting for this condo. My daughter loved the koi fish and all the chickens as well as how easy it was to walk to the shops across the street.
My wife and I cannot express enough our positive experience staying at this condo. It was like a "home" to come back to after our island adventures. Everything provided as part of this condo rental was more than we could have hoped and planned for. I will recommend this rental location and company to anyone planning on visiting Kauai!
We spent the 2nd half of our trip in Poipu and enjoyed the vrbo. Its centrally located to shops and restaurants and is well stocked with anything you'd need. Maybe bring some earplugs so the roosters don't wake you bfore the sunrise!
We loved this condo so much the moment when we checked in. It’s cozy, clean, filled with artistic decorations! The location was perfect to the nearby beach, trails, and shopping center. We also toured the botanic garden, which is only 5 minutes driving distance! The roosters crowing within the resort were a little annoying for our 1st night. But we got used to it over time. Plus, the roosters were everywhere in any resort. The bedroom also provided ear plugs to cancel the noise. I also like the hanging ladder at the patio. So we hung our bathing suits after the pool. Overall, excellent place! It was hard to leave the property!
We had visited Kauai last year and knew the area we wanted to be this visit. The condo is a short walk to sunsets, dinner and shopping. Perfect Location! Condo is very nice. A better description of how to locate the condo after dark would be our only suggestion.only req

Home base for two weeks. Had all basics we needed for efficient vacation. enough supplies ( kitchen/laundry/bathroom) to get through a couple days to accommodate shopping supply run. Extras for beach so didn’t have to buy. Saved a lot of money cooking own meals. Beach very close by, not walk able with 4year old but close, no issues with parking and sea turtles multiple days.
Perfect location on the Island & for relaxing after a long day of adventures! The condo is clean, updated, open, lots of room. Agree with the other reviews, air conditioning is definite must in Kauai! The late array of kitchen cookware was huge bonus! Great to also have the washer/dryer after hiking & beach days. Another plus was everything needed for the beach, cooler, chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon, etc. All the amenities were very much appreciated! Also appreciated the communication from Destination Kauai team, making sure our stay was great. Overall, definitely recommend!
Fantastic condo in a great location! The condo is updated and very spacious. Furniture is comfortable and the air conditioning is a must in Kauai. It was so comfortable to come back to after a long day of adventures. Very well equipped with everything that you need for a day at the beach. This was very much appreciated! The communication from the Destination Kauai team was excellent. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great stay! Easy check in and check out. Clean, great facilities, good communication. The only thing I would change is to have a little more clarity on amenities in the apartment - we rented some things like a beach wagon and a crib for our baby, but didn't need them because they were already in the apartment! Really loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for having us!
Beautiful condo and loved walking the paths on the grounds to birdwatch. Close to local restaurants, beaches. Clean and amenities as described. We would return.

The location was perfect for our stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent. The only issue we experienced was noise from a family upstairs. We often heard loud walking, but everything else was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay for several reasons: great location close to stares and restaurants, close to marathon start & finish, easy to take a walk to beaches and see turtles, not too far to travel to other parts of the island. We loved having more space than a hotel room provides
Nice spacious apartment complete with all a person might need while away from home. Had difficulty in understanding how the t.v. works. The agent came over and helped with how the system operates. Would rent the condo again.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo is perfectly located on the island. A great starting point to explore the east, west and north sides of the island. Loved the space of the unit! There were only two of us but would have easily accommodated 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. AC was a plus for sleeping! Also had everything you needed for cooking meals in and for the beach. Couldn't have asked for more!
This Condo is the perfect place, it is well equipped, even has a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach bag and so much more! The condo itself was super clean, thoughtfully decorated and the two outdoor spaces were such a treat, the front has exotic flowers and the back is a private jungle. The location is also perfect for visiting Poipu beaches and Waimea Canyon. 10 out of 5 stars!

Beautiful, well stocked guest home. It was perfect for a baby, we brought all the things with us we needed like a pack n play, white noise machine, etc but turns out BOTH of those things were at the home! We were surprised as nowhere we've ever stayed had such a great setup for a baby. I know some prefer hardwood, but our 9 month old has just started learning to walk and toppled over a lot so the carpet was a great thing for us.
Other amenities this place offers that I have never seen before in any other place include a wagon for the beach, a beach bag, etc. and the AC was amazing for us as we sleep hot at night and “cooled by trade winds” doesn't quite cut it for us! We slept extremely well in the dark, cool room with a fluffy king bed.
The updated kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and the finishes were a great touch. Easy parking made it feel like home instead of a pain to get to and from like a resort stay.
This stay was also far better than expected because of the amazing pool that we had all to ourselves, the lush and magical grounds that rivaled the botanical gardens, and the absolutely perfect location close to coffee, grocery, beaches, and only 25 minutes from the airport.
It was an A+ stay in an updated condo close to beaches. The property is beautiful, the pool is nice and the condo is nicely updated with everything a family of four will need for a Hawaiian vacation.
