    On the large ground floor, you’ll find the modern kitchen, living and dining room, as well as the half bath and in-unit washer and dryer that connects to the garage. The gourmet kitchen comes with several modern stainless steel appliances to make any chef feel right at home and is detailed with intricate tile work and cabinetry for a stylish atmosphere while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table fit for 4 and a bar countertop for entertainment while cooking. The living room is furnished with a large L-couch fit for your entire party, as well as a television and ceiling fan, and access to the private covered lanai (porch) with lounge seating options, a table for 4, and an outdoor BBQ stove, all overlooking the beautifully manicured tropical gardens.

    Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom, equipped with a king bed, ceiling fans, a television set, a private balcony with seating options overlooking the mesquite trees and the greenery of the golf course, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and separate glass shower. The guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This property comes fully stocked with all your cooking needs, beach towels, spare linens, and daily amenities. Guests can park one car in any open space out front. There is no parking in the garage or in front of the garage. No more than one vehicle per reservation is allowed per HOA rules and regulations.

    My wife and I had a great vacation. The house was absolutely fantastic! We definitely coming back again. The owners also offer a discount for returning guests. We highly recommend this property.

    Another great visit to the Big Island. We always stay at Kulalani for the great location, beach club and proximity to our favorite beaches. They also have the best community pool. We have stayed at many of the units and various layouts. This unit has seen some wear as it is probably a long rented one. The owners make up for that with decor and comfortable furniture and many supplies. There were loads of things to make travel with small kids easier. No boogie boards but they can be rented at Snorkel Bob’s down the road. This was the first unit where we didn’t have garage parking. We clarified that there would be a spot in garage ahead of time but the manager’s office sent the wrong info. This may not be an issue for some but only 2 spots next to house so they are often taken. This makes loading and unloading all of your gear a little harder if you have to park down the street. Loading in front of garage blocks other garages. The comfy outdoor furniture and upstairs lanai were some of the best we’ve seen. I would definitely recommend this home for a family with little kids! Thank you for having such a well stocked home away from home.
