Hawi Guesthouse is just a few miles from one of the most sought after attractions: Pololu Valley - great hiking, views from a cliff and a unique black sand beach to lay in the sun.

The mountain town of Waimea is only 30 minutes away and offers an amazing view while traveling there and back. A relaxing drive along the coast from KONA airport to our inn is roughly an hour drive, and a fabulous drive along the ocean island country side - sunset displays incredible views.

Nothing compares to the tropical island songbirds heard from morning to evening. Our inn is located in a rural environment where there is less traffic, less tourism and more of a peaceful, island vibe - in the country.

All of our suites and cottages are fashioned in 100% cotton bed linens and in high-quality standards for comfort, soft to the touch and relaxing, deep sleep.
