My family and friends enjoyed our stay.
This is an amazing house to stay at. We really appreciated the actually fully stocked kitchen (lots of times a listing will say fully stocked and it’s meager). The house is spacious, furnished nicely, has comfy beds, really nice bathrooms, plenty of towels plus lots of beach towels, beach bags, nice beach chairs, an umbrella and a little cooler. The pool is fantastic and we spent our late afternoons lounging there. When we had an issue with the pool vac Kathleen jumped right on it and got it taken care of. AC was great for all the house but we also enjoyed opening up the big sliders to the upper lanai for indoor outdoor living. Great central location, great sunsets from this area. Worth the price, book it now!
We really enjoyed the house, the pics online were exactly what we got. Very happy with everything from the point of booking to checkout. Would absolutely rent again.
This property far exceeded my expectations. I was nervous to be responsible for picking our accommodations for a large group. I feel like a total winner! We had 2 families plus a grandma. 5 adults, 4 teenagers. The bunk beds were solid enough for them and their room included a tv/sofa. The masters were large and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of cooking gear. It was nice to have some staples left by other renters so we didn’t have to buy every little thing. The living/dining/kitchen is wide open and pretty expansive. Plenty of seating for everyone. Love how many recliners there were. The pool isn’t very big but it’s private and fit our party just fine. There’s a closet full of pool toys. Nice view of the ocean from upstairs, sunsets every night. Overall location of the property was perfect. Very central to all our activities. (Whale watching, shopping, Hana road, snorkeling, beaches, Luau, airport). Host was super responsive to questions. Caretaker was friendly and available during our stay. Everyone was thrilled with this place. If we make it back to Maui, would love to stay here again.
This house and property was spectacular! The garden was immaculate and had the appearance of a high end resort. The house itself was well kept, spacious, and very functional for our family and kids. The sunsets from the upper patio were nothing short of magical. We also enjoyed the central location of the property and the ease of getting to the rest of the island from this location. The property manager, Ed, was so helpful and kind and really made our stay even better. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return again soon!
This house and Kathleen’s graciousness added up to a perfect family vacation. The place was immaculate and so well laid out - accommodating two families with children plus ‘Nana’. Nice central Kihei location but the house was the star of our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
House accommodated our group of ten very nicely. The pool was a hit with the children after our day tours. Quiet neighborhood- yet convenient location to shopping & sites.

The house itself was meticulously stocked with every amenity imaginable, making it feel like a true home away from home. From kitchen gadgets to beach essentials, we lacked for nothing. An unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations!
This house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our week in Maui. We enjoyed the use of the pool and loved the layout of the property. It was private and quiet. I would highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kathleen’s home. Property managers Amy and Tom greeted us on arrival, and communication was excellent. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and well stocked/supplied for a vacation rental. We spotted many whales from the upper lanai (traveled in March), and enjoyed the tropical, private pool area when not traveling about the island. Would highly recommend for a family or couples traveling to Maui. Thank you Kathleen for the privilege of staying in your beautiful home!
We came to Maui to attened a wedding and made a wonderful vacation out of it. The house was perfect for our group and the location is superb. The host communicated with us very well and even gave us many recommendations of things to do and see in the area. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. The house had everything you could need and more. It was great for being together as a family, but we were also able to spread out and have space. The location was perfect for all the adventures we went on during our stay. Thank you!

The home was better than expected. Very clean and organized. 3 couples in our group and we all had room to spread out and be comfortable. Great views of the ocean from the balcony.
