Our stay was really incredible in this condo. It is located just minutes away from Konas main area, super well equipped and very clean and spacious.

In order of improving the experience.
Lock box instructions difficult to manage
Screen door needs a barrier on the bottom to prevent cockroaches, geckos etc from coming in.
Living room couch long past worn out. Needs to be replaced
No chest of drawers in the master bedroom for storage
Screens were dirty-need to be cleaned
Several Cockroaches found in the condo.
It would be very helpful to have a book listing all of the different places to go on Kona. Every other VRBO rental that we have stayed in had a booklet in it.
Instructions for driving listed to turn at Palani Drive- it is actually Palani Road.
Damage waiver not legit. Every other VRBO rental we have stayed at returns this after the suite is inspected.
Condo was updated and was very central which was good. However, we would not recommend it based on our experience.

Ideal for two adults! We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well equipped. The complex was very quiet. We had no issues at all. Would stay here again!

Overall it was adequate but would have enjoyed a balcony, didn’t realize at time of booking that there was no balcony to sit on or would not have booked this place, also not enough toilet paper was provided

We were stranded on the mainland by Southwest Airlines and lost our full stay "deposit money." I did buy travel insurance but it remains to be seen whether there is coverage for this calamity. If we had booked at the Hilton Hawaiian Village on Oahu we would be out only 1 day of charges. My advice: forget these non-refundable deposit places unless you like giving away your money.

Beautiful place ! Easy access to private beach , Trolly and Downtown Kona. Place was clean and had all the amenities you need .

The location makes walking to Kailua restaurants easy. The condo has overhead fans that keep it comfortable without turning on the air-conditioning. Kitchen supplies are basic. The property manager was quick to respond to our difficulties getting the television and cable working.
