We normally stay in Ko Olina on the west side of Oahu but we wanted to try somewhere different. This was our first visit to Hilton Hawaiian Village and it was AMAZING! The pools and beaches were super crowded but we loved walking around the property taking in the sites. We didn’t love the parking cost or the traffic to get in and out of the structure but the place and the views more than made up for it. Cheng greeted us at the door and made us feel totallly welcome the second we got in. He also answered all of our questions within minutes even after he left so 5+ stars for him! The views from the property were what we remember the most. We drank coffee out on the balcony and my daughter did her summer work out there. It’s what you dream about when you think about the islands. We tried different things on our trip this year, including paddle boarding and zip lining. It was nice to come back and chill out before heading out to eat. There are way too many great places to eat in Hawaii so we didn’t touch the kitchen except to make coffee. Oh, we also utilized the 23rd floor concierge lounge and had a small but compete breakfast. Another great amenity that we enjoyed. Thank you for sharing this spot of sunshine with us. We hope to be back soon!

The owner met us and took care of us until we got checked in. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was provided as ed, Except the hotel charges for lounge chairs and umbrellas in the beach. The resort had everything you need.
