Aloha! Come enjoy our expansive, nearly 180-degree, west-facing oceanfront condo located along a charming 2-lane road with plentiful coffee shops, restaurants, and art galleries nearby. We are friendly to all, and look forward to you enjoying our family-owned place as much as we do when we are on the Big Island.

The condo is extremely well-stocked for the beach and for cooking, with luxury, high-quality finishes. Located 2 floors above ground-level, so close to the ocean that it would now be illegal to build there, but it sure is lovely to hear the sounds of the surf in every room. Enjoy granite countertops and beautiful wood in the kitchen, tile floors through-out, an indoor chaise lounge, and a spacious lanai with 2 plush sunbrella chaise lounge chairs and a large teak table seating
Watch sea turtles, the sunset, and Banyan surfers directly from your own Hawaiian paradise, and possibly even dolphins, porpoises, and whales. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliding windows and let the ocean sounds, sights, and breezes flow through. Go into Kailua Kona or on various adventures, then come back to the best place to watch the sunset on the island.

Air conditioning in the main dining room area, fans in every room, pull-down shade by the lanai table.
