perfect two bedroom two bathroom unit. Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed. Furniture is different that pictured on lanai but totally sufficient. Should update the photo.
Perfect little condo. Great location very clean. Awesome views. Not easily walkable to town but very short drive. The pool is amazing it’s not the pool directly in front of the condo but in my opinion it’s better.
Such a great unit. We enjoyed our stay with breakfasts on sunsets on the lanai when we weren’t out having fun. Excellent location from which to explore the area. We missed the front bedroom closet full of beach supplies - make sure you look! Loved the generous allotment of towels including beach towels. Only issue we had was internet issues which the property management informed us about before we even noticed and let us know that someone would be by to fix it the next day. Not ideal, but we made it work.Already scheming on a return visit. Thanks!
This was a great place to stay. It was quite and had a lovely look with benches out you could watch the sunset. Glad we chose to stay in a condo vs a busy hotel.

The villa was updated, clean and stocked with anything one might need. The location was easily walkable to downtown Kona. Communication with the management company was outstanding insuring that we had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were high quality and plentiful. We especially enjoyed the large lanai and beautiful landscaping.

We were rebooked into this unit due to flooding in our original booking. I appreciated the property manager getting us into a new place without any hassle. The unit itself was fine, however I did feel it was a bit tight for 6 adults. The couple that took the pullout sofa found it too uncomfortable to sleep on and ended up using the blowup mattress with outdoor chair cushions on it. Other than that it was clean, quiet, and I felt safe in the location. I would 100% recommend it, just not for a group of 6.

What a fabulous spot- overlooking the ocean from the lanai- Sleeping to the sound of the waves - short walk to Kona town- what more is there to ask for! We love Ali'i villas and it is now our go to spot when we travel to Kona. Clean, quiet and close to everything. This unit was exceptional, full kitchen, great view and comfortable beds. It's a nice place. Clean, Quiet available. Great View. here's what I didn't like -- I didn't like the 4:00 pm check in time. I get you have to wait for people to get out, but if the unit is available earlier is should be made available to the client. This is not walking distance if you are over 50 and out shape to anything. Aslo don't call and ask if I would like to buy something in the area. I was there for work, and I know when I'm on vacation I find that annoying as all get out.
Lovely condo, great view, especially in its price range. We kept our binocs on the patio table to watch for ocean life and water activities in the bay! The 2 new room a/c units worked well with fans in temperate, early May. Mgmt company responsive, only minor issue was with WiFi that reset to the password on the box vs. instructions, then worked fine. You’ll need your own Netflix and other services passwords to use them. The condo complex no longer allows you to have keys to access the oceanfront lava rock/water, that is not the condo owners fault. We have done scuba diving from those rocks in the past, so that was very disappointing. Parking very convenient, quiet complex, nice!

We had the best time. It was clean and very comfortable. It had a great view and close enough to town. I would diffently reccomend this for your vacation and would stay there again.
We arrived late at night with good instructions on how to park and enter the unit. The unit appeared as it was listed and we loved the view. The next day we noticed bites and thought it might have been ants, however, it was only on my husband. We have never had an issue with bed bugs ever and did not know what the bites were. We spent the night searching and discovering bed beds in our bed and on the couch. We contacted the property manager first thing in the morning-Knutson and Associates-and they sent out pest control. Pest control confimed the unit had bed bugs. We could not stay in the unit and were forced to find alternate accommodations. We were offered a full refund, however, we lost 2 days of our vacation doing doing laundry and purchasing cleaning products to ensure we did not take this issue with us. We cleaned the unit before we left and noticed a lot more bed bugs. It was clear this unit was not checked before we arrived. We sincerley hope this does not happen to anyone else. It is a horrible way to spend your vacation and we are extremely disappointed. The owner has hired a property management firm called Knutson and Associates to manage the unit, however, they did not maintain the property. GROSS !! We were disappointed in how were we treated and how they managed the situation.
The location was great and had a nice view. Need better instructions on where to take the trash because the dumpster is hidden in a garage. We enjoyed our stay.
