    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos undersell the view! Overall, the apartment is quite comfortable, clean, and equipped exactly as listed. Check-in was super easy. We had no problems during our stay. Parking in the garage is first-come, first-served, which can make coming and going a bit time consuming. The elevators can be similarly slow (although one was out our entire stay, it had been for more than a month). The only real complaints we had were almost no water flow out of the bathroom sink, and the tap water would taste a lot better with a water filter (bottled water is terrible for the environment!).

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is so spacious and met all of our needs ... from being located next to the laundry, to having an off street parking spot baked into the rental price. Cooking was easy for us, and the beds were extra comfortable. The view was amazing, and we became very comfortabl walking the short walk to the beach and the main strip. This unit is in the heart of everything, and yet it is quiet. Highly recommend this for someone that wants to be close to everything, but still feel as if they have their own private paradise. Last but not least, the pictures do not give this place justice - it is extremely clean.

    I wish I could give a “4.5” to this property. Here are the pros: 1) Great location—within a mile of Waikiki beach and shopping 2) Spotless 3) Beds are comfortable 4) Condo is supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, etc all in good shape 5) WiFi is strong 6) Byron is helpful Cons: 1) This is an old building with soiled carpeting and poorly maintained hallways 2) This is a 38-floor building with the condo on the 24th, but only two elevators of the four are in working order—of course they are on the ends so if you are standing on the Murphy’s Law end and don’t scurry to the other end you’ll miss it and have to wait another round. According to staff, it’s been that way a while. 3) The very heavy door of the condo is old with a broken spring to soften the closure. The smart lock wasn’t working and so the three of us had to be sure someone had the solo key. 4) There is an app to pay for laundry and it is located right next door to the condo—good news is it’s close, bad news is you get to hear people going in and out doing their laundry. 5) As of December, the property has some kind of construction going on. There is no place to park while you check in—fortunately Byron was on site and could come out to the street to give us the parking pass for the garage. 6) Leaving requires loading your car, having one of your party pull out and park in a “no parking” zone while another waits for one of the two elevators to go back up to the condo and return the pass to the condo.

The actual building itself needs some work for example the hallways carpet. But the actual room was great and highly recommend it. Captain Cook’s staff was once again amazing!

    Condo was great for our family of 6! Short walk to the beach, ABC store, and a couple of food trucks on the way. If you forgot something they had a little market on the 5th floor. BBQ area was great! Communication with manager was easy and responses were quick. Only issue we had was parking. We had rented an SUV to fit our family but because of the height in the parking garage we could only park on the second floor which was limited and first come first serve. Overall I would definitely come back to this little gem!

    Great location. Building is a bit dated and worn, but rental was clean. Parking is a bit tight--especially for a full sized SUV, but we made it. Nice stay.
