Large sliding doors allow the breezes to flow through the condo but each room also has air conditioning for those warmer Summer nights. Dining table for 4 both inside and outside. Each is perfect for meals but also for a family card night.Wide open kitchen is fully equipped for meals prepared at home including appliances, cookware, serving plates and utensils and plastic wares for drinks poolside.Primary bedroom is just off the living area with views of the ocean. New in 2022 Queen size bed, AC, TV and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest room has 2 twin beds with new mattresses purchased in late 2022, its own AC and TV and bathroom with walk in shower is just off of the entry hall. Additional amenities include beach towels, beach chairs and complimentary Wifi. This complex does not have in unit laundry but has coin or app-based laundry room nearby.Waiohuli Beach Hale is an oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. Great place in a convenient location, access to the beach where you can see turtles and whales in the distance, good food options and not too far from all the Maui attractions!

We were disappointed with the condition our condo. It was extremely outdated, with popcorn ceilings, dark, loud swamp coolers, there was an accordion like partisan for the bedroom walls (really awkward) that didn’t close all the way, a bit dirty with ants. The neighborhood was sketchy and a little unnerving as there were several vagrants loitering and saying profanities to us when we walked to the local market and parking lot area. The best thing about our stay however, was the view from the balcony, the pool and the private beach only a few steps away. However, we will not be staying here again.

The property is located in an ideal location situated in the quietest part of Kihei but still within walking or short ride distance to all of that Kihei has to offer. It is also perfectly located to get to all of the other locations in Maui that you’ll want to visit. But if you prefer to stay close and enjoy the beach and pool, this location has a terrific pool area and direct access to a very secluded and quiet beach.

No bugs in room (can be a local problem). Had some beach towels and chairs to use which was nice. Communication was easy with management for check in and with questions.
