It's a popular spot for sunset views, photography, and walking along the pier, with the wall creating a protected area of shallow water on one side, often considered good for children.

I had a wonderful time here for the 3 days that I booked this stay. The property manager was very clear with the check-in instructions and the guys and girls at the hotel lobby were really nice and helpful the entire stay. For anyone wondering they will hold your luggage if you arrive early and there is not a resort fee for reservations made on this listing.
The room itself was just exactly that - a room - there’s a perfectly usable mini fridge, a microwave, a keurig, cups, and flatware. The bed was really comfortable for me and the blankets were just fine. As far as the noise it wasn’t too bad it made it feel lively at night and the music really was not a problem at all. Some live artists that performed I was able to enjoy hearing just on the balcony. At night yes you can hear people gathering outside downstairs but it really wasn’t a big deal. The AC does drown out around 95% of the noise. I couldn’t hear any car sounds much in the mornings but I was also up pretty early everyday because who wants to sleep in when you’re here haha. The balcony doors could use some work they’re a little difficult to open but open they did each and every time. The hosts also provide beach towels and some beach equipment like chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and a really useful beach mat. There’s hidden gem food spots in walking distance and pretty good coffee for all tastes. I will definitely be renting this again it’s an affordable and ideally located unit for a quick getaway!

Great little room for the price. It definitely was what we expected based on pictures and the information regarding the property and also after reading the reviews. The room was right outside of a restaurant/bar that was pretty loud. But honestly, once we close the door and started watching TV you did not hear anything. The room is small but again like I said above it was great for just a few days.

We arrived to the unit. First off, there is no safe place to stop and check in. Front of the Waikiki Grand is on a busy street. I pulled in behind it in their small parking area off of Lemon St. Once we got into the room, there were a few things that were noticeably filthy. The ceiling fan, bathroom, floors and curtains all had stains or noticeable dirt. The sheets had holes in them. The vents were all dusty. We only managed to stay one night because we couldn’t get comfortable enough to stay longer than that. In the morning we noticed other things - I saw 3 cockroaches and killed 2 of them. The tub drain was clogged and water started pooling after a few mins of use. I had to turn the water on/off between shampooing, soaping up, etc. The Hula Bar noise was drowned out by the window AC which was SUPER LOUD on its own and it clanged throughout the night. On top of that there is the street noise which made our stay even less special. Owners were responsive but we had to forfeit one night because it was late in the evening and couldn't find any other options last minute. Do not stay here unless you don’t mind dirt, noise and cockroaches.

We loved the location of this lodging! We walked everywhere and were able to enjoy the Starbucks each morning that was only 2 minutes away. Would stay here again

Right next to a bar but it wasn’t that loud. Only issue that bothered me (my fiancé wasn’t bothered) was the traffic outside in the early morning, however I’m a light sleeper and we got used to it but other than that we had a great 2 week stay! Gorgeous view from the 10th floor and we were steps away from the beach and the Waikiki strip.

The apartment is really well located just next to the Wakkiki beach and the view of Diamond Head and the ocean is incredible. The staff of the hotel is nice and helpful. Nevertheless, the place is not really calm because it i located just next to a bar.

Nicely located on the eastern side of Waikiki (near the zoo). Didn't expect to be located so near a bar, which was quite busy until early morning hours. Noise did not prove to be too bad, but we weren't particularly sensitive to this. Might be different for other guests.
