The Mokihana House is set up perfectly for a large extended family, a group of friends who love to hike, surf or golf. It is perfectly located to enjoy all that Princeville has to offer with several beaches just a short drive away - the beautiful surfing village of Hanalei and its world famous beach is just a short 12-minute drive away. Golf is just around the corner and excellent restaurants are nearby. The living and dining room furniture and lighting from Restoration Hardware adds elegance while maintaining a Hawaiian feeling.
We have just finished renovating the entire house inside and out. We installed 6 air conditioning units, new hardwood floors, new tiling, custom window blinds, new mattresses and furnishings, landscaping throughout the backyard, two firepits, an outdoor dining area and 2 new washers and dryers. There are 4 brand new full bathrooms and 2 half-baths. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms while the queen bedroom and the yellow bedroom share the hallway bathroom. There is a two-piece powder room and an exterior 2-piece bathroom. All the bedrooms are furnished with solid wood, high-quality furnishings, brand new mattresses, tropical linens, Hawaiian decor items, flat-screen TVs, colourful artwork, a ceiling fan and a personal fan for your comfort. This home is in excellent condition with AC, everything works great and is clean, well stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need. The view from the upper deck of the mountain range is spectacular, in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile to the Pu’u Poa beach.

Princeville is the place to stay and the Mokihana House is a beautiful location with views of the mountains, great walking trails and minutes from beautiful Hanalei beach. The house is prefectly designed for a large family or multi families.

Mokihana House is in a perfect location. Tracey and Craig have provided every convenience for you to have an amazing stay. It was our best vacation rental of the very many we have experienced. Plenty of towels; all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you need; so many kinds of dishes! We were there 8 nights- 10 in the family- and we had a private chef one night who complimented how great the kitchen was. The amenities in the yard and the closeness of the pool were excellent. It was like a private pool all week as no one seemed to use it. The furnishings are so comfortable, and the a/c was essential as the week was very hot. Cleanliness was top-knotch, and I am very particular about that. Tracey and Craig have provided just about every household need. So glad we chose this home.

The view from the home is amazing! Pristinely clean property! Very well equipped kitchen. Everything in the closets, kitchen and garage (beach items) are well labeled so everything was easy to find. Had all toiletries available with extra in the garage if needed. Supplied all needed laundry detergent, dish detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Replied to any questions promptly. We would stay there again without hesitancy.
