The place was clean and in super convenient location - right in the heart of shopping and restaurants. Had no issues with parking. Check in process took some work. I had to call to get the correct key code to the door, but once that was resolved it was great.

This is a lovely condo that was so close to great restaurants and shops. Lots to do in the area! The pool and spa were nice for relaxing after a day of ocean fun. Very quiet with friendly and respectful guests!

Great location to stay at! We were in walking distance of a lot of shops and food. Perfect size for my wife and I, and had a comfortable bed. Just be aware that parking is limited and is first come, first served basis. We were lucky enough to find some parking right in front on the street when we got back on some late nights. Even the street parking out front are limited, so not sure where we would have parked had those all filled up too. Just something to consider. Other than that, we would book again.

Unit has been recently remodeled and is nicely done. Shower is small as they are in all units, but the tile work in it is excellent. Decor is very nice and color coordinated. The only thing the unit needs is a 6 to 8 draw dresser, no space to put a weeks worth of clothing for two people. Small closet bring extra hangers for your hanging clothes. Bed was quite confortable.

The room has very strong mold and musty air odor. Air conditioner could not mask the air quality.

Cozy and clean studio. Very confortable bed. It has a microwave, toaster, a coffee machine (including filters), fridge, kitchenware (dishes, cups...) but no kitchenette.
Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi in the facilities. Located at a walking center from different shopping malls, restaurants and the Alii Drive (main social area in Kona), so plenty of shops and meal options. The nearest and nicer beach is around 10 minutes walking.

This “condo” is similar to a large hotel room. Small fridge, microwave and dishes. The price was right, and location great! We are simple folks…it had everything my 2 teens and I needed.
