    The pictures online are much nicer than reality. We were in Hawaii, so don't feel like we can complain, but it wasn't exactly what we expected. The unit was much smaller than pictures on the advertisement portrayed. It also had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Upon arrival, the code we had received didn't work to enter the unit. I wish the pool had been functioning. We booked nearly 8 prior to our travel dates, thinking the construction would be done, but it was not. I know that's our own doing, it was just a bummer. Although there were a few hiccups, I will say that the customer service was very quick whenever we needed anything.

    The location of this condo is wonderful! Across the street from very nice beaches and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It could use some updating and a coat of paint. Not many good accessories to cook more than just a little snack and not much room for storing groceries. The pictures on the website make it look much bigger than it is, but there was enough room for the 5 of us and having 3 bathrooms is very nice! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of toys and chairs to bring to the beach. The washer and dryer were very convenient to have as well.

    Upon arrival, property was dirty. Not just uncleaned, like filthy. Grime in corners, horrible smell. The showers were atrocious. The worst was that the pool, bbq, and our washing machine were all out of service with none of it being conveyed to us. We reached out to Vacasa with hopes of finding a new condo but with a complete runaround from them, with promises of refunds that never came, we ended up staying so we didn't lose any more money. We could have been told the pool, bbq, and washing machine were out of service and booked elsewhere but they chose to not disclose that. Be warned.

    The condo was perfectly located near restaurants and stores and just across the street from the beach! It was clean and comfortable. We loved the 3 rooms and the 3 baths, great for 5-6 people. Balcony had a partial ocean view which was nice. Only concerns were the pool and BBQ area were not available due to renovation, but the overall property is well taken care of. An updated stove/oven would be a nice addition, but the one now is serviceable. I highly recommend this place for the room and location!

    Came for 5 days with 6 adults total. The condo was nice and clean. I loved that each bedroom had a/c, and 3 bed/3ba was definitely a plus. The location was perfect, with a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Some pictures on the listing should really be updated. The balcony view currently has a huge crane with loud construction next door 7am-4pm. Not bad if you’re out and about for the day. We never got pool access to hang out and grill dinner due to being given multiple incorrect pool codes. Folks who live there do not share the code and you need it to get in and out of the pool area. I tried to contact Vacasa property management by phone(never answered) and by text for 3 days. They’d text back after 3-4 hours ( 9-11pm) with a new code that still didn’t work. One picture also shows boogie boards which there are none of in this condo.
