property was nice overall. great location, easy check in/ check out process as well as ample parking. did not get any recommendations for food we requested multiple times, and my sister had sand in her sheets and bedding and had to change it over herself. the washer also had mold in it so we couldnt wash anything.

This flat has the best location in Kailua-Kona … walking distance to beaches and great restaurants (so many good restaurants). The flat was as pictured, had lots of towels and kitchen utensils and we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket with fruit, cookies, coffee and chocolates. The lanai was very spacious. Plenty of hot water and the a/c worked great. Can’t ask for more.

The condo had so much space and was stocked with all the things we needed: boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooking spices. Everything was clean and nice. We especially loved the huge outdoor patio.

This was a great location for being able to drive to beaches and then walk to shops and restaurants after wonderful days in the sun. We have stayed in different condo at this site previously and this was why we picked it. Had most everything you would need available from cooking to beach gear. Pictures made living room seem a bit bigger, and with 6 of us there was not really much space or furniture to sit on, but we made do. Ally way got pretty loud at night, feel like the restaurant was having a war with the condo to roll out garbage to dumpsters about every 30 minutes, watched them unload 1 bag for a load, kinda humerus and entertaining except for when it wasn’t. Felt safe enough to let our teens hangout alone while adults went to dinner. wouldn’t recommend letting kids go out alone after dark, the homeless population has greatly increased in Kona in the last year, lots of drugs present (not properties fault, just letting parents know) all in all it was a great vacation and thankful for the great memories we made at this location.
