This one-bedroom condo is part of an oceanfront property where you can spend your days relaxing in the swimming pool and hot tub right on the ocean shore.

Step inside this second-floor condo to find a light-filled living space, where an entire wall of glass connects to the shaded lanai outside. The kitchen is open and well-appointed, flowing seamlessly into the adjacent dining area and the living room with its tropical-print sofa and wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Wonderful condo with a great sunset view. Condo has everything you need during your stay with the exception of air conditioning (very common not to have on the Big Island). They do have plenty of fans to keep the air moving.

Great property, comes as advertised. Location wise it's about 1 mile (20 minute walk) to downtown. The unit could use a couple small updates but otherwise had everything we needed.
Pool area was right on the ocean. Great for sunsets and enjoying the pool/hot tub.

Property came as advertised. Could use some TLC/simple updates (90s carpet everywhere). Partial view of the ocean. Pool and common area were fantastic. About a 20 minute walk to the downtown area.
We had issues checking in, so communication could have been improved prior to check in but was resolved fairly quickly with a phone call.

It was great, only improvement would be to update the beach chairs and accessories, BUT, that was a bonus we didn’t expect so we are not complaining.
