PLEASE NOTE: Waikoloa Beach Villas will be restoring exterior woodwork throughout the complex. The scope of work to include Ohia Wood Posts a, 2nd and 3rd floor railings, trellises and A/C enclosures at each building. Each building will be worked on one at a time for approximately 2-4 weeks. Lanai furnishings/decor will be moved while the building is worked on. The contractor will access the upper floor lanais by ladder. This project will begin in July 2024 and is expected to last until March 2025 (dates subject to change depending on weather). The contractor will be onsite working 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through June 30, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $85.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.
Instructions for using this privilege will be sent after reservation is confirmed.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.

The condo was clean and well located. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the Hilton pool pass.
Check in and out was easy and everything had clear instructions.
We would absolutely stay there again!

Location is perfect and condo is just what we were looking for. We would stay here again. A few minor cosmetic things could be fixed, but certainly nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. Location was nice and quiet and I was able to work out on the patio while there.

My family enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location was very convenient within the Waikoloa area. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We enjoyed the porch and it was great to be on the ground floor for the kids to be able play outside. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and the Hilton pool pass was a plus! We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the detailed instructions provided for our visit. We look forward to booking this property again for a future Big Island trip!

We normally stay at hotels during vacation, but decided to try a condominium for our vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit also came with a Hilton pass so we could use the lagoon and swimming pool which was great for my family. Given the Hilton lagoon and swimming pools could get quite crowded, it was nice to have the option of the units own swimming pool which was much much quieter. Having laundry and a kitchen available in the unit was an amenity that we initially did not think we would use much, but ended up using it quite a bit as we wanted to eat in rather than always eating at a restaurant or purchased food at a location where we did not wish to eat at or did not have dining available. We intend to use this option on future vacations and intend on trying to rent this unit in the future.
