The house was nice and big enough for our family of 7. The pool is only 3ft deep and not very big. What bother us the most was how dirty the pool deck was. Black mold and dirt all over around the pool. We could not even find a broom to sweep it ourselves. The pictures are deceiving. Only 2 lounge chairs and no outside dinning table. Kitchen didn't have much in the way of spices. We had to go back to the store for salt and peper. Also there is no access to get in the ocean within walking distance. u will not hear the ocean from the house. With that being said the house was very private. We loved the sounds of the frogs at night. We were not too hot the fans kept us cool at night.
We loved the accommodations. Kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, appliances. The only thing we noticed, under the beds when dropped an item, very dusty, a toilet in bathroom not cleaned well. Clothes and receipts left in dresser drawers in master. Would be nice to have one pool where kids could play more if not interfering with others.Enjoyed our stay immensely.
The ocean view was amazing and the sound of the surf spectacular. You could almost never have to leave the lanai. The unit itself was perfect for our three family couples. The kitchen was very well appointed, plenty of towels, plenty of room around the table inside or on the lanai and in the living area. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!!
We took our two daughters and their significant others to Kona for a family vacation and could not have picked a better Condo for our visit. The ocean view location from the lanai was outstanding and the Condo itself was very well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The three bedrooms with three bathrooms was perfect for six adults. Every day after "taking in the sights" around the Island it felt so comfortable returning to the Condo which had a homelike atmosphere. We wouldn't think twice about renting this Condo on our next trip to Kona. Thanks to Darrell for being a great host! Kim & Denise

Loved this place! Superior condo on the ocean. Loved sitting on the lanai with the waves crashing below. The place is exceptionally beautiful with everything you would need for a great vacation. Hope to return!
First, Darrel and the property manager Mark are awesome to work with, very attentive. The condo had everything you could want from kitchen ware to linens. The 3-bedroom 3 bath worked perfect for our family. The lanai sat 6 comfortably at the table and had two nice lounges to kick back on. We loved our stay; this will be a go to when we are back on Kona. Mahalo
The view from the lanai was the most awesome thing to wake up to each day. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed or happened to forget. The snorkeling gear was great and there was enough for everyone in our group. The living room did get a little hot in the afternoon even with air conditioning but we learned to close the shades and patio doors to help keep the sun out. I would definitely stay here again if and when I come back to the Big Island.
We loved the condo!! The views are to die for! The condo was fully stocked in every aspect. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you want to spoil yourself!

This property was beautifully decorated and fully supplied with everything needed for a relaxing one of a kind Hawaiian vacation. Gourmet kitchen, lanai, lounge, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, walk in closets, washing machine/dryer, A/C. Walking distance to shops and beaches, the resort had 3 pools, tennis court, games area and easy parking. Driving distance to close or further tourist attractions - short drive to the airport. Prompt communication with owner for booking and stay details. Couldn't fault this property and would happily stay again.
