**Announcement** Aloha Ohana has received important upgrades for an improved guest experience. The pool heater was recently replaced with a new unit and is available for guests desiring a nicely heated pool. There is an additional cost of $50.00 per day for this feature, if you would like the pool to be heated please reach out to our reservation team to add. In addition to the pool heater, the Ohana unit has been upgraded with a built-in air conditioning system. 2 additional bedrooms will be receiving cooling fans in April. These improvements will add comfort to our guests experience.

A variety of appointed spaces provide cozy couches and comfortable nooks for relaxing with a book or planning your next excursion! An abundance of ceiling fans help to keep the home at a pleasant temperature and are ideal for circulating Kauai’s cooling trade winds, air conditioning location in the Master bedroom & lower living area. The chef of your group will be delighted with the expansive kitchen, thoughtfully designed with a center island with gas cooktop and complete with all new stainless steel appliances including, side by side refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, and wine fridge. Gorgeous marble countertops in the kitchen also match the adjacent dining room table top.

The house was very nice. According to listing, we thought all bedrooms were air conditioned but only 2 bedrooms were. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accommodations. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, comfortable beds, spacious layout allowed for our families to be under the same roof without being in each others space. Lots of closet/storage in the bedrooms. We didn’t use the AC much but opted for fresh air. The windows were hard to close and let in a lot of fruit flies. We appreciated the outdoor shower, plentiful beach accessories (pool towels, boogie boards and beach tents/umbrellas). Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was quick to respond. We booked the house because it had a pool but weren’t able to get much use out of it since it was not heated. That was the biggest disappointment. Additionally, the aerial photo of the property must’ve been taken while back, we thought we’d have a lot more space for the kids to run around out back but that was not the case.

The house is located in a great location, about 5 minutes drive to Poipu Beach! Great space, plenty of room and very basic. I am not given it 5 stars because the pool was in the description as heated, and 10 days before our arrival I was notified that the heater no longer worked. We were greatly disappointed, as this is one of the main reasons I selected this property. The water in the pool was uncomfortably cold that even the kids (they love water) could not enjoy it or even want to get in. Rather disappointing since it would have been a great way to unwind after our long day of exploring outside the house. Though this may not seem like a huge deal to others we did actually cancel a prior reservation at another house and paid more just for the pool. To be notified after the fact when we could not make other arrangements was unfortunate and the response was just a "sorry for the inconvenience". There were other hiccups during the duration of our stay and the host did communicate accordingly which was appreciated though I believe matters could have been handled better. I understand this is a new rental and things happen. There are lots of kinks to work. I would hope that with our communication throughout our stay helps make this an even better property for future families.

The other rooms do not have AC and were very warm at night. We are from Florida and are use to warm weather and AC, so as long as your good with warmer nights then this is a great property.
