Perfectly placed in Kona town. Walkable to restaurants and shops. As a resident on the east side of the island, we opted to take more advantage of the room, pool and hot tub. Very enjoyable. The only issue is the front door is very difficult to open, kind of stuck or perhaps needs to be planned or something.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything in the unit was up to date and very clean and modern. It was nice to have the air conditioner and a ceiling fan both in the living room and in the kitchen area. I like the way the bathroom has separate switch for the vents so that I could keep the light on in the bathroom without it being connected to the vent.

We had no wi-fi the entire stay 6days. The movies kept pausing throughout the whole show. When I asked about the wifi i was given a number to call which no one answered and the voicemail was full so I cldnt leave a message. U can not get more towels or linens unless u call someone not there. I just think it cld hv bn a little better for the money
