Jenne's home is all as described and more. It is a special place in a lovely and convenient area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the bathrooms and showers were excellent, and the washer and dryer were brand new. The location was perfect. We drove all over the island and it helped to be midway between the north shore of Kona and Captain Cook. Plus, being close to the airport and a number of great restaurants (Umeke's! Willie's Hot Chicken!) and shops (Island Naturals, Target, Costco, etc...) and so much more was helpful. Debi was terrific and so helpful. She made some delicious treats for our son for his graduation from the U of H which was so thoughtful. She also alerted us when the volcano was starting to erupt and even lent us her binoculars when we drove back to the volcano at night! Listening to the frogs and birds and other sounds at night was incredible. That is a gift of the island! (I did see a big container of ear plugs just in case that's not your thing.)We were the first guests from this platform but there are many great reviews on a different platform, so you should not hesitate to book with Jenne. There were some steps to go up to the place, just so you're aware. Jenne and Debi definitely practice Aloha and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome so they can enjoy their vacation. Thank you for this!
