My husband and I just got back home from a beautiful, relaxing vacation in Maui. I am so glad we chose this location. The balcony and views were my main choices for this property. They did not disappoint! The location was perfect for us-not in the main hustle-bustle but still close enough to find suitable eating/shopping locations within short walking and driving distance. The location did not have beach towels, so we did have to purchase those. We did leave them in the unit for future renters. This is something that would to be great to include since that is just extra room in a suitcase that no one wants to pack. I would DEFINITELY rent this unit again. Daily features: whales spotted in the distance twice a day; morning and evening balcony reading. These were so serene! Thank you for a great stay.
Great condo, spectacular view!
Beautiful condo. Very comfortable. The Lani with the daybed as incredible. We spend most of our day out there and really didn’t want to leave it. Would recommend to anyone.
Hubby and I stayed 5/22-6/4 to celebrate 25th anniversary. Gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets over Molokai - 8th floor so no ground level noises, obstructions or insects. Corner spot was quiet and private. During our stay, low humidity temps in the 80's, and no major storms. No AC but opening the lanai and bedroom sliders with the front door open –has a lockable steel screen – made fabulous cooling cross breezes. Note – the lanai door is super hard to open and has no screen. The sound of waves and tropical breezes lulled us into deep sleep every night on the super comfy adjustable split king. Didn’t use the pool, but the beach below was never crowded - exclusive along that stretch due to beach erosion and tide patterns. Unit had an umbrella, cooler, chairs, beach towels, even battery lanterns for nighttime walks. Found more shells on “our” beach than other places promoted for shell hunting! Excellent sushi (Miso Phat), pizza, and several mini marts stores across the way or walkable. We rented a car, saw a bus stop just across the street. Great layout overall, nice décor, plenty of storage for our gear and Costco haul. Kitchen was nicely appointed, with laundry - so convenient! The drip coffee maker w/grinder had no instructions, but coffee provided was delicious once we figured it out. Lanai balcony was by far our favorite spot, ate every meal out there. It has a wonderful double chaise lounge for snuggling, reading and watching the turtles. Plan to rent again!

While the apartment is very nice, well decorated and has indeed a wonderful view, it does not have Air Conditioning, which was a surprise when we arrived as we had not found that information in the description of the apartment. There are ceiling fans, but the stay is still uncomfortable as the apartment can get very hot. The apartment was well cleaned and customer service was helpful. They provided beach towels, which was also convenient. However, the Wifi didn't work and the number of obligations for the check out seems rather disproportionate (including having to take care of the garbage). Overall, while the apartment is very pretty and appealing, not having A/C, and not having that conveniently disclosed upfront, is problematic and disappointing.

This is one of the best rental condos we’ve ever stayed in. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (loved having ice and filtered water and a toaster oven), and having a cooler & beach chairs to use was fantastic. The only negative is that the refrigerator is too big and its hard to get the pots and pans out of the corner cupboard and you aren’t able to open the oven door all of the way. We just used the top rack so it worked ok but we wouldn’t have been able to use the bottom rack.
Our favorite part was the layout of the condo - waking up and having the ocean right there (the adjustable bed was great for morning reading) and being able to sit out on the lanai to watch the sunset…perfection. We found the fans and cross-breeze enough to keep us cool without AC.

My husband and I stayed here in May for 10 days. The property was everything we wanted and more. The unit was spotless upon our arrival. They provided more than we needed and expected as far as toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. They even had a nice box of chocolate covered Macadamia Nuts and some Maui Coffee waiting for us. They made everything easy for check in and check out. The Unit was very quiet. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so we didn't have to go far if we wanted to hang around. The view was gorgeous. We were able to see Molokai and Lanai. Ther were plenty of Turtles to watch in the water right in front of our balcony. Being in a corner unit also provided a spectacular view from the bedroom. It was wonderful waking up to the view. We would definitely recommend renting Valley Isle #804. The management Company was amazing and was there when needed.

I this is my second stay here. I absolutely can’t say enough about the view. The master bedroom is right on the ocean . I saw turtles every morning. Very clean and comfortable. Loved all the beach chairs and cooler.
We had a great time, we had Great view and great location! A nice walk to the beach. And great communication. Our only problems were with the wifi and the shower fan did not work

The property was just as it indicates. It was clean, well furnished, and the views from the 8th floor were amazing. We stayed for 2 days and wish we had more. The host was in continuous contact with us prior to our stay so we had great communication. If you want to enjoy time in Hawaii during well season, this is the place!!

I would definitely stay here again!! Great communication from everyone. We love the space, views, and turtles. I would recommend to the owners to re-grout the floors. It was a bit painful walking in the restroom area.
