Caught Keith, the owner the first night as he was stepping away to grab some dinner. Nice gentleman. The property on his estate was in a great location, away from the crowds in Kona. It could use an A/C, but cooled off a bit when the windows were opened and fans in use. I would stay again for my next visit to Kona.

Had a great time at our stay here. Very central location, good ocean view, and a very quiet area. The unit is 1 of 4. Noise travels a lot in the units, but we didn’t mind we didn’t spend much time there as we came to explore the island not sit in the room. Comfortable bed, and couch. The unit has everything needed for making food, and cooking. A bbq outside and washer/dryer. It was a good spot to wrap up our stay on Hawaii. Keith is very helpful and is eager to offer advice on locations and beaches to visit. 100% recommend this place.

The place was solid for the 2 of us. We are easy to please and we’re just looking for a place to crash at night. If you’re looking for a spot to spend full days relaxing I would look elsewhere. The check in situation through evolve management was really frustrating as well. We had no response from them regarding check in and had to track down (via online search) and call the property management company for initial access to the place. The walls are pretty thin as well so if your neighbor is watching tv you definitely hear it. There are friendly animals around the property and Keith was a really nice host. The drive or Uber to downtown is really quick 5-10 min ~$15 one way Uber. All in all a solid place to end your nights and start your days in Kona.

Conveniently located just up the hill from the town of Kona, clean/well kept property, beautiful sunsets with the sounds of nature.
