Konea 106, Honau Kai Resort, is a fabulous ground floor unit (2 Bed/1 Bath) located at the center of the resort on the quiet side with a private lanai. Our lanai extends out to an open grass area which many of our guests use to relax, play games, or sit and enjoy the quiet surroundings. There are no elevators exiting our unit or any wait to enjoy the resort and pool areas. Our guests come and go with our secure lanai door locks for convenient access to the pool areas and beaches. From our lanai to the wonderful pools and beach is only 1-2 minutes.

Safe Travels - Ground floor with added secure access in/out from the lanai (keyed), no walking through the hotel hallways, corridors, or elevators to a higher floor location. Our unit features its own dedicated ventilation and AC system and air is NOT circulated/shared with other units and common places.

Situated in the heart of Honua Kai Resort on the GROUND floor, it provides easy access in and out (from either the keyed Lanai or condo door) - no elevators needed! The lanai opens up to lush lawns for games or activities and walkways with resort views and the West Maui mountains. Outside foot traffic is considerably less than inner courtyard units, providing the convenience of walking out on the lanai and being a minute away from the resorts many pools, the amazing Duke's Restaurant, the Hokulani fish pond, and the wonderful Aina Gourmet Market.

The rental was beautiful. Very clean, and exactly as shown on the listing. Our children loved the grassy area right outside the door, and the very quick walk to the pool, beach, and Duke’s restaurant. The virtual welcome book was a plus, and very helpful in navigating the area and popular local spots. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the owner was friendly via email. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at this same unit 4 years ago and loved it so we immediately checked availability when our extended family vacation destination became Maui. The minor deterioration over the past 4 years was more than made up for by the ground floor convenience.

Check-in was easy. Monty, the property manager, was very responsive. Ideal location for small children. We were able to sit on the lanai and watch the kids play on the grass. We enjoyed our meals out on the lanai. Also, very close to the fitness center which was convenient.

Perfect choice for the four of us. Lots of pools to choose from, well kept grounds and friendly staff. Well stocked kitchen and very close to wonderful food trucks. We would stay here again.
