Great property, had everything we needed! The location was great, not too far to drive to all attractions in Maui, walking distance to the beach and shops. There is also free parking. I would definitely stay there again!
My husband and I had the best stay here. We were impressed with how clean and well stocked it was. Ideal location, close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was the most amazing stay!! 10/10 recommend. It was so so clean, the owners left the place so stocked with so many thoughtful touches like extra sunscreen and after sun, beach supplies, extra towels, and the kitchen was full of everything you would need if you are cooking. Overall a perfect experience and the location was very convenient for driving to different parts of the island and in a nice area.
Overall had a great stay, the condo had all the amenities you would need. We enjoyed the washer and dryer especially. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a moldy smell to it but it didn’t affect our stay as we didn’t spend much time in there.
Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very clean and we loved the beach decor. The view is very nice with a lot of greenery and palm trees. Very close to the beach. Air-conditioning unit was good and the fans are very good quality. We would definitely recommend this condo. It has everything you need.

Our stay was fabulous. This modern, well cared for condo was above expectations. Tastefully decorated with modern appliances and just across the road from the beach and with walking distance of a large variety of dining options. Nice view of the ocean from the lanai. Plentiful parking, even on the busiest days.

It’s the nicest, most updated condo we’ve stayed in. Location is close to beach, parks, restaurants, and shops. George is very prompt with replies and great to deal with. We’d love to stay in this condo again!

5 min walk from the beach and 10 min to a lively area including a food truck park! Apartment was clean with all the necessities for a great trip to Maui!
We love Kihei and staying at Maui Vista. Great beaches and close to everything. This was a very nice unit! Clean, updated, great location. Host communicated well. We will be back! Loved it!
This property was perfect for our needs, cute little balcony with a sea view and everything you need. It was so quiet and we slept so well. The pools are very small but you are so close to the beach that it doesn’t even matter.
Only improvement I can think of is offering a full length mirror.
We had the best stay here. This was our first trip to Maui, so this was the perfect location. Close to the food trucks. And the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was very clean and quiet.
My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The view from lanai was beautiful. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that was provided. We were able to walk to a lot a restaurants and attractions. The property was quiet. George is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this place!
Everything about George’s condo in Maui Vista was perfect. Perfect location, easy check in/check out, the place was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the AC units felt phenomenal after long days hiking in the sun. Parking was no issue either, it is included and all you need to do is obtain your parking pass from the office upon arrival. The property has 24/7 security patrolling, so any belongings we left in the car we had no worries with. Located less than a half mile away from South Maui Gardens/Food Truck Oasis, we ate at a different place every night. Located within a few blocks of Kam 1,2,3, also less than 10 minutes to Wailea (our fav beach ended up being Ulua). We put tons of research into the area we wanted to stay in and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Save yourself the time we spent researching and go ahead and feel comfortable booking here. You won’t be disappointed!
The perfect condo for my first sisters trip. We had 1 bedroom.,plus a pull out couch. George had almost everything we needed. I left the next person our reusable shopping bags and a soft sided cooler for the beach. Loved having a fridge that made ice.
We had coffee on the lanai every morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks George. Couldn't asked for a more convenient location for our first ever sisters trip.

The location, space, and view was great! Condo was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Communication with the owner was easy. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning works great! The shower was wonderful after a day at the beach, always refreshing to have good lighting, good water pressure and room to move. This condo took the time to renovate with great quality and care. My only recommendation is that a mirror be placed above the desk in the living room. The mirror in the bedroom is behind a door and dark, it’s hard to put on makeup and do hair while the other person is in the bathroom. Overall, this was a great stay!
