Perfect Princeville Paradise for Our Big Family!Our family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Princeville, Kauai. It was everything we could have hoped for and more—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a large group like ours.The private pool and hot tub were a dream! We spent hours swimming and the backyard felt like a secluded oasis. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down in the evenings. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to extra towels and beach gear. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we never once felt crowded, even with our large group.Another huge bonus was the ample parking. We had four rental vehicles, and there was more than enough space to park comfortably—something we really appreciated since it’s not always easy to find at vacation rentals.The location in Princeville was ideal—close to stunning beaches, scenic trails, and just a short drive to Hanalei. It was the perfect blend of convenience and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and upscale, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.
Super house and pool. Lots of beach equipment. If renting, Id stop by house before renting equipment and shopping for groceries. Really, really had a good time. Excellent communication also

Comfortable and spacious for our group! Beautiful location and very well stocked with all we could need. A lovely home away from home in paradise.
We had an amazing time at this house. Home owners were very responsive to any questions. We had 14 people in our group and all slept comfortably. The pool was probably the highlight for the kids.
This is a very spacious home in a very convenient location. It is well appointed and well maintained. It is also equipped with many extras that you would not normally expect. There were many items available to take with you to the beaches, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards etc.We would definitely stay there again.

We had a surprise 70th birthday for my husband, our kids and grandkids joined us. The place was perfect, well equipped and comfortable. The pool entertained everyone, we cooked all our meals in the house and had plenty of room for all 18. The grandkids loved the bunk room, it was a big sleep over. I would recommend this for any large group. We were all very happy with The Pool House.
We loved the pool house. There were 17 of us and plenty of room for everyone. Kids loved the pool. We will definitely stay at the pool house on our next trip.
Our family had a fantastic time at the pool house. We had everything we needed to prepare some great meals together. The house was immaculate and in a wonderful neighborhood which was great for walks. It was so fun to see the huge Albatross sitting on nests! The golf course was in good condition and there were plenty of beautiful beaches. Nina was very responsive with booking and anything we needed. Thank you so much and we highly recommend her home!
Beautiful home. Pool and hot tub weee great after a long day of hiking or a long day at the beach. Located near beautiful beaches and local shopping areas. Would definitely book the place again.
We found this property to fit our needs quite well. Nina was easy to get ahold of and able to answer questions as they came up. We would recommend this house to friends and family visiting Kauai.
The Pool House was so perfect for our family Christmas Vacation. Decorated to make it feel like the holidays, extremely well stocked, and perfect for all ages!
We had everything we needed for the beach, shade, coolers, toys, floaties, chairs and more.
The pool area was a favorite for the kids, and great hang out spot for the evenings.
We have stayed a lot of places and highly recommend the pool house!
This is a BEAUTIFUL home and Nina was AMAZING with everything! It was windy on Kauai and some of our tours were cancelled. Instead of the kids being disappointed they'd rather stay at the house and swim all day. The hot tub was perfect for us.

We loved the location! The home was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Plenty of private space for our group of 4 couples. The private pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for after a long day of hiking and exploring. Host was responsive! Would stay again!

This was a great space the amount of ppl on our group. The rooms were spacious and clean, the washer and dryer room came in handy! The pool was clean and fun, that came along with pool toys and floatys. The jacuzzi was huge! The whole house was very spacious so no one felt crammed and everyone had a bed to sleep on. We would definitely come back again!
Great home in a great location. Owner was very easy to communicate with and even let us do a late check out for no charge 10/10 highly recommend!
It was the perfect house for our family of 10 adults and 2 small children. Had everything we needed and then some. Pool was quite the perk and nice to come home to after a long day of exploring.
We had a wonderful anniversary celebration and enjoyed our stay at the pool house with a few minor problems with bathrooms. One my son solved and the other one in downstairs hall bath, the sink would stop up. Also, I would recommend new bath towels with a few extras thrown in
Overall, our group really enjoyed the stay, especially the pool/spa.
House worked very well for our family vacation. It was in a great location in the Princeville area. Nina was easy to work with. Our family loved how the house made us feel on vacation! We would come back again.
We ALL had a lovely week in the Pool House! Just Paradise!! Fabulous HOME!!! There were 18 of us, with plenty of room!!
Just a side note...We were surprised about the neighborhood ...from photos of home and surrounding area, we thought the Pool House was more private, certainly not in a neighborhood! But it was quiet and beautiful!
We did run out of toilet paper...just bought more!
And bathroom towels could use refreshing, and maybe more of them! And one last thing...beach was more like a 15 minute walk, not 5 minutes away!!! Just suggestions...it truly was PARADISE!!!!!
This property was the most well furnished and equipped of any VRBO in which I have stayed. Nina has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. She has left no stone unturned. You will not be disappointed vacationing at The Pool House!!
Our multi-generational group of 15 people had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The host thought of everything to make it a perfect trip. Highlights were the pool & spa and the beach gear in the garage available for your use. We had the absolute best time in paradise. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We hope to be back soon!
