Enjoy the relaxing and peaceful surroundings with golf course frontage on the 5th green of the Waikoloa Kings Course. Savor a lingering sunset and then be dazzled by the starriest night sky from the serenity of the outdoor lanai, beautifully groomed lawn with hammock, private heated pool with hot tub and custom deck with fire pit. We are located just minutes from Waikoloa King and Queens shops and restaurants , just 5 minutes to 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (also known as A Bay) located in Waikoloa Beach Resort and a short 7 minute drive north to Beach 69 and the white sands of Hapuna Beach.
Nohea Hale is superbly spacious, with 2727 sq.ft of living space plus 500 sq. ft. of covered lanais with beautiful ivory cream travertine tile throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a very well equipped house that fit our needs. The kids were able to play in the game room and ride bikes, we cooked many meals in the kitchen and enjoyed them on the beautiful lanai. We would definitely come back to stay!

We recently stayed at this lovely home for a family vacation. It is fully equipped with everything you could want and conveniently located to nearby beaches. While there are interesting local places to visit, much of our time was spent relaxing and enjoying the beautiful backyard with pool/spa, hammock and beautiful view.

House is exactly as pictured—lovely, comfortable, extremely well stocked, down to tissues, batteries, espresso machine. Everything was in working order except for the air conditioning,, which manager tried to address by bringing portable units for the bedrooms, leaving the main part of the house hot. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house, but be sure to check on the status of the air conditioning.

This home is in a great location. Very close to beautiful white sand beaches, restaurants and local farmers markets. Very private backyard thanks to the lava rock walls. Hosts were incredible!!!

House was amazing. Good floor plan, open, lots of space. Had all the gadgets --smart tvs, integrated sound system. Kitchen was great, fully equipped. Bathrooms nice as well --large showers including an outdoor shower. And outdoor pool, bbq, seating --all good.

Our stay at Nohea Hale was exactly what me & my family were looking for. The house was so beautiful & inviting, it had everything we could possibly need to have a relaxing vacation. Especially with the assistance of Heather & Shiela from Hawaii Luxe Travel. They had a car waiting for us at the airport, stocked the fridge before we arrived at the house, & recommended day passes for a nearby resort. The house was perfect for bbq’ing, relaxing by the pool, & enjoying meals on the lanai. It comes well equipped with anything you need from pool toys, full kitchen, comfortable beds, and the perfect ambiance to unwind & enjoy. Our family made some great memories during our stay & we look forward to coming back. Mahalo Heather, Shiela, & Nohea Hale for making this an unforgettable experience for us!
